Belgian News Agency Reports on China's Illegal Organ Trade
2006-07-16"(BELGA) Since 1999, the Chinese government has executed an unknown number of adherents of the spiritual movement Falun Gong in various places in the country, especially in hospitals, forced labour camps and prisons. Without any written consent, their vital organs are also sold for high prices to foreigners. This is claimed by David Kilgour, former Canadian MP, and David Matas, international human rights lawyer. In Brussels today, thursday, Kilgour presented an independent investigation report, in which they claim to reveal indisputable evidence about the illegal organ trade." -

Norwegian National Media Reports on CCP's Trade in Organs Harvested from Falun Gong Practitioners
2006-07-15Kilgour and Matas point to the difficulty trying to prove the allegations, as a result of them being denied permission to travel to China to do this research. However "everything seems to point to the fact that thousands of prisoners are having their organs removed forcefully without consent, to become items for transplantations. Thereafter the prisoner dies, are cremated and all evidence is removed" according to NRK. According to NRK, the report further says that, "many arrested Falun Gong-practitioners are missing, and nobody knows what happened to them. It is likely that many of these have had their organs removed". -
German Newspaper Reports on a Falun Gong Parade
2006-07-11On July 2nd, German newspaper Buersche Zeitun published an article entitled “Falun Gong protest to call for attention to human rights in China.” The article reported on a Falun Gong parade held in Gelsenkirchen where a World Cup quarter final game was held. The report said that Falun Gong has become well-known worldwide since the persecution started in China and more and more people have come to practice the exercises. The report said that near 100 supporters of Falun Gong participated in this activity in order to let more people know about the persecution. -
New Independent Report Concludes Falun Gong Organs Being Harvested, Victims Killed
2006-07-08NEW YORK (Falun Dafa Information Centre) - A 45-page investigative report was released on Thursday that addresses allegations of organ harvesting from Falun Gong detainees; the Falun Dafa Information Centre is calling the report, "vitally important". Coauthored by former Canadian Secretary of State (Asia-Pacific) David Kilgour and human rights attorney David Matas, the report draws "the regrettable conclusion that the allegations are true." Speaking with the press, Kilgour said on Wednesday that, "I don't think anyone can have any doubt that this unbelievable practice is continuing... They take both kidneys, then the heart and the skin and the corneas and the liver, and your body is then thrown in the incinerator." -
Belgian National TV Station Reports the CCP's Trade in Organs Harvested from Live Falun Gong Practitioners
2006-07-07On June 21st, 2006, the Belgian National TV station, VRT, introduced Falun Gong in an evening programme, Ter Zake, emphasising the Chinese Communist Party crime of harvesting organs from live Falun Gong practitioners. The Ter Zake programme with daily news and special reports on hot topics attracts very high ratings. -
Radio Free Asia: German Church Appeals For Attention to the Falun Gong Issue in China
2006-07-06During a traditional Monday religious service, the ex-East German Peace Revolution that lead to the demolition of the Berlin Wall appealed to the German public to be concerned about Wang Xiaoyan and the Falun Gong situation in China. Wang Xiaoyan, the wife of Chinese student Zhang Zhentong, is a Falun Gong practitioner who is being persecuted in China. 2006-07-04Following a meeting last month with two Falun Gong practitioners in Beijing (one of them was subsequently held under house arrest, the other hasn't been heard from since), Edward McMillan-Scott, a European Parliament Vice- President, revealed: "The practitioners I met in Beijing told me of their imprisonment and that of their wives, of the specially harsh treatment they suffered, including sleep deprivation, degrading and humiliating punishments and beatings. One said he knew 30 fellow practitioners who had been beaten to death. They were aware of organ harvesting — one had seen the cadaver of his friend and fellow practitioner after body parts had been removed." -

2006-07-02Leipzig City, a famous old town in Germany, is the major city for matches during this World Cup. The match between South Korea and France on Sunday once again attracted tens of thousands of fans from various places in Europe. However, while people are immersed in the fervent atmosphere of the World Cup, Falun Gong practitioner Zhang Zhentong’s wife Ms. Wang Xiaoyan, is persecuted relentlessly in China’s Dalian City. The case has caused a lot of concern to the people of Leipzig at all levels. When interviewed last Sunday, Mr. Zhang Zhentong said that the support is not only from the University, but also from the entire society. -
RFA Reports on Germany's Efforts to Rescue Falun Gong Practitioner Wang Xiaoyan
2006-06-30Radio Free Asia (RFA) reported on the 20th of June that Falun Gong practitioner Wang Xiaoyan, wife of a student who studies Computer Science at the University of Leipzig in Germany, is being persecuted in Dalian City, China. RFA reported that two big newspapers in Leipzig have published their interviews with Zhang. They appealed to Dalian City, China, for an end of the persecution and to release Ms. Wang to Germany. The appeal is extended from Leipzig to all places in Germany, especially Dalian’s sister city Bremen. -
Danish Newspaper Reports on Organ Harvesting in China
2006-06-29Danish broadsheet newspaper Morgenavisen Jyllands Posten published an article on the 16th of May entitled “Organ Harvesting in China”. It was written by Christoffer Brekne, the spokesman of a Danish NGO called “China Human Rights Network”. The article says that the organ removals happening in the Chinese Communist Party’s concentration camps is the most evil thing in the world today. -

The current law in China regulated that organ donation must be proved by the agreement of the prisoner himself. But it has been little known whether the regulation was enforced". -
German TV Station Twice Reports the CCP Crimes of Live Organ Removal from Falun Gong Practitioners
2006-06-24Two hosts and two practitioners from Berlin using a question and answer format introduced Falun Gong, the persecution against Falun Gong in China, the Chinese Communist regime's harvesting organs from living practitioners, practitioners' protest in front of the Berlin Chinese Embassy during the past few years, as well as practitioners' appeal in front of the Federal Chancellor's office shortly before her visit to China in May. Footage of earlier interviews with practitioners during protests was played between the talks. Footage of practitioners re-enacting the CCP's live organ removal was also shown.
