Belated News: Nan Chuyin from Hubei Province Tormented to Death - His Son Is in Critical Condition from Torture

Nan Xiaoqing and his family live in Hubei Province. They have remained steadfast in their belief in Falun Dafa, but because of that, Jiang's regime broke up their family. The father, Nan Chuyin, died in February 2001 as a result of the persecution. The mother and one of the two younger sisters were also illegally imprisoned numerous times. In addition, the other younger sister has been sentenced to six years in prison merely for distributing Falun Gong materials to clarify the truth to people. Nan Xiaoqing continues to be imprisoned long past the expiration of his term over a year ago. -
Practitioners Sexually Abused and Violently Force-Fed in Zhangshi Brainwashing Centre
2004-10-08Force-Feeding With a Rubber Tube: A 1 cm. diameter rubber tube was inserted into a practitioner's nose and pushed down through the esophagus into the stomach. An unknown substance was then poured into the tube. Some police threatened to use beer. Others incited the perpetrators to prepare very dry and salty corn paste, which is hard for the stomach to bear, and leaves the mouth completely dry after the feeding. Every time a practitioner was force-fed, she sent out a heart-rending, painful groan. The accomplices giggled and laughed wildly. These two sounds echoed throughout the entire small building of Zhangshi. It was beyond description. -
17-Year-Old Ms. Zhang Tongtong Detained for Brainwashing -- Authorities Extort Huge Sum From Her Family to Secure Her Release
2004-10-08Ms. Zhang Tongtong, 17 years old, is a Falun Dafa practitioner from Shandong Province. On July 20, 2003, she went to Beijing to appeal to the government on behalf of Falun Gong and was arrested and sent to a brainwashing centre. The police told her father to bring fifteen thousand yuan in exchange for her release; otherwise, Zhang Tongtong would be sent to Jinan Forced Labour Camp for two years. Her father managed to borrow the money and her family is now deeply in debt. -
The Life of Falun Dafa Practitioners in the Liaoyang Forced Labour Camp: Torture and Excessive Workloads, but Some Guards Understand the Truth
2004-10-07"On January 29, 2004, I was transferred from Tieling Forced Labour Camp to Liaoyang Forced Labour Camp, where the persecutors continued to torture me. Right after I arrived, Section Head Zou read through every detained practitioner's file and came up with an individual torture plan for each practitioner. For the female practitioners, the perpetrators used high-voltage electric batons to shock them, forced them to stay awake for long periods of time, and forced them to perform heavy physical labour for over 20 hours a day. This kind of abuse lasted for more than 8 months." -

2004-10-07"My name is Liu Zhiping. I'm 32 years old. Because I appealed for Falun Gong, in early 2000 I was sent to the Women's Forced Labour Camp in Yunnan Province. In August 2000 I was five months pregnant. Many prison guards told me that I qualified to be bailed out for medical treatment. Later I heard a leader had said viciously, "Without her reforming, there is no way for her to get out of here." I was sent to a hospital and injected with abortion medicine. Techniques Used by Police in Hebei Province to Torture Practitioners

To torture Falun Dafa practitioners, Shenzhou Detention Centre designed a type of non-standard handcuffs. The cuffs are more brutal than standard cuffs, and were designed for practitioners to wear for long periods of time. These cuffs are very tight. The practitioner's wrists cannot move and blood cannot circulate, leading to swollen or even disabled hands. -
Masanjia Forced Labour Camp Subjects Practitioners to Slave Labour (Photo)
2004-10-07Falun Gong practitioners were driven like slaves at the Masanjia Forced Labour Camp in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, to make handcrafts. Except for three meals, they were forced to do physical labour every day, both morning and afternoon, for at least 12-14 hours. Sometimes they worked on crafts for export to unknown countries; other times they hand-knit sweaters for the South Korean market, and the other times they were required to work on clothing for export, such as sewing on buttons and other tasks. -

He recounted, "At that time I felt that all my bones really had broken, and the pain reached such an extreme that I felt as if 10,000 knives were stabbing into my body." -

2004-10-06Torture method: "Roasting A Whole Lamb": This torture method was used in Xuchang City's No. 3 Forced Labour Camp in Henan Province. After the torture, the practitioner was unable to leave the bed for several months. The wounds were still filled with pus and festered. -
Several Falun Dafa Practitioners Die from Brutal Persecution in the Harbin Women's Prison of Heilongjiang Province
2004-10-06The Harbin Women's Prison of Heilongjiang Province brutally tortures Falun Dafa practitioners. Ms. Wang Ying, Ms. Guo Meisong, and Ms. Qu Jie have been tortured to death there. In addition, Ms. Bi Yunting and Ms. Wang Fang were brutally tortured. At present, we do not know if they are still alive. Falun Dafa practitioners were detained for a long time in solitary confinement and brutally tortured. When the prison police force-fed practitioners they inserted dirty tubes into practitioners' throats for several days without taking them out. Practitioners Wang Ying and Guo Meisong died from lung infections caused by the unclean feeding tubes. Guo Meisong was tortured to death in May 2003. -

2004-10-06Falun Dafa practitioner Ma Xuejun of Heilongjiang Province has been determined in practising Falun Dafa. He has been illegally detained for his practice many times and forced to leave his home. In December 2002, he was abducted again. He was detained in the Jiamusi City Detention Centre, was tortured there and became emaciated. At that time, he was near death and his battered body was a gruesome site. Because he suffered such long-term torture, he was seriously injured, and barely breathing. His legs were twisted and stiff, and could not change position. -

Dafa Practitioner Ms. Luo Biqiong from Sichuan Province, Forced to Have an Abortion by Local Government
2004-10-05"My name is Luo Biqiong. I am thirty-six years old. When I was unjustly detained, police asked me repeatedly whether or not I would continue to practise Falun Gong. I kept quiet so they continued to beat me without stopping. I was four months pregnant at the time. They hit my face, hands, and head and my whole body was cut and bruised, my mouth was filled with blood, my head and my hands were swollen, and both my legs turned purple. Eventually I couldn't stand the torture anymore and wrote a statement giving up Falun Gong. I regreted my action terribly and soon after revoked it. Just because I wrote, "I want to practise Falun Gong," I was subjected to a forced abortion that ended an innocent four-month-old life." -
Brutal Torture at Shaanxi Women's Labour Camp Causes Practitioners to Suffer Mental Collapse
2004-10-05The authorities at Shaanxi Province Women's Labour Camp laced the food of Falun Dafa practitioners Liu Chenxia and Fan Shuilian with drugs. Ms. Liu and Ms. Fan refused to eat upon realizing this. Thus, the labour camp said they had mental problems. Ms Liu was eventually tortured until she became mentally imbalanced was sent home in February 2004. The local authorities then sent her to a mental hospital, where she remains.
