The Women's Forced Labour Camps in Guangzhou City

The camp authorities force-fed the practitioners who refused to renounce Falun Gong. To do this they insert a thick tube down to the practitioners' stomachs through the nose. They then insert and pull out the tube several times to make the practitioner suffer. As a result they often injure the practitioners' oesophagus or hurt the windpipe, or even the lungs. The guards use practitioners' money to buy milk powder. When they force-feed the practitioners, they add drugs that damage the central nervous system and internal organs. -
The Chinese Communist Party Has Broken up My Family and Caused the Deaths of My Husband and My Son
2006-07-08At noon on March 1st, 2000, a group of people, one after the other, came to our home three times. They intimidated, threatened, and mentally tortured us. My husband died the next day. On July 8th, 2005, Party personnel broke into my house. They ransacked all Dafa related materials and all valuables in my home. They cursed and beat me, a nearly 60-year-old woman. They injured my legs and pulled out several clumps of hair from my head. They detained me for 42 days. My not-yet-10-year-old grandson was left with nobody to look after him. -
Four Falun Dafa Practitioners from Jilin and Shandong Provinces and Tianjin City Died under Persecution
2006-07-08Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Boyi, 43 years old had been tortured since the end of 2003 up until 2004, when she finally died. Ms. Liu Boyi's older brother and the head of the 610 Office, Xiao Bin (male), arrested Ms. Liu Boyi and detained her in Yanji City Mental Hospital for two years. She was given various unknown drugs and was finally released when she became very weak. At that time, Ms. Liu Boyi said to her brother, "Brother, I do not have any mental illness. You should not cooperate with the wicked policemen to torture me." One month after she arrived back home, Ms. Liu was arrested by agents from the 610 Office and was tortured to death. -
The 610 Office of Weifang Chemical Fibre Factory in Shandong Province Established a Private Prison to Persecute Falun Gong Practitioners
2006-07-07The CCP does not allow any other voice, and thus many people do not have a chance to know the truth. In order to explain the true situation of Falun Dafa to those kind-hearted people who are deceived by the lies, Falun Gong practitioners at Weifang Chemical Fibre Factory continuously speak out the truth about Falun Gong. They continue to be persecuted severely for their actions. Thirty-three practitioners have been arrested and fined thousands to tens of thousands of yuan, and are sent to brainwashing classes. Eight of them have been sent to labour camps. Three practitioners have been fired. Some have been detained in the private prison for over forty days. -
Practitioner Wang Jianguo's Family Appeals for Wang's Death Case and Voices Grievance (Photo)

Wang Jianguo was arrested by the police on March 2nd, 2006. Forty days later, Wang Jianguo, only thirty years old, was tortured to death by the people of the First Detention Centre in Jilin City. The tragedy broke the hearts of Wang's family. In addition, they were very worried about Wang's wife who was also arrested at the same time as Wang Jianguo. She is now being held in the Heizuizi Forced Labour Camp. Wang's family appealed to upper levels of the public security system. However, staff told them freely, "Do you think we can possibly help you? How can we punish our insiders?" -
"Why Does My Mum Not Speak? Where Is My Daddy?"
2006-07-07There are two rooms in a home in the Shangjie District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. In one of the rooms lies a woman in a vegetative state, and in the other room hangs a portrait of the woman's deceased brother. A little girl about four years old asked her grandfather, "Why does my mum not speak? Where is my daddy?" The elderly man could only cry. When Mr. Quan Peijun was arrested on January 11th, 2001, his wife was two months pregnant. -
Remembering a Few Incidents from an Early Appeal in Beijing
2006-07-07Along with several other practitioners, I was sent to Miyun County Detention Centre. At first, we were all marked with numbers on our bodies because no one would tell the police his or her name and address. They took our pictures and then we were taken away, one by one, to what seemed like an old office building. While passing by a hallway, I saw a door that was half open and inside the room a policeman was sitting on a chair. A lady in her 30s was sitting on the floor with her hands handcuffed behind her back. Right by her side, a five-year-old girl was sitting on her knees on the floor, and both of her little hands were handcuffed behind her back. The police even persecuted such a young child! -
Police Arrest Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Shao Changzhi from Liaoning Province
2006-07-07Four officers from the Badao Police Department searched 57-year-old Shao Changzhi's home on June 11th, 2006. They took her to the Badao Police Department where they deprived her of sleep and interrogated her. The police sent Shao Changzhi to a detention centre the next day where she has since been held. -
Elderly Mr. Yuan Yuqi in Jilin Province Died as a Result of Persecution
2006-07-06In the middle of May 2006, police officials and the 610 Office went to 68-year-old Mr. Yuan Yuqi's home and asked him if he was still practising Falun Gong and his views about the book, Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. In addition, they pressured him to renounce Falun Gong. Seven years of continuous pressure and brutal persecution caused severe physical and psychological harm to Mr. Yuan, finally resulting in his death on June 13th, 2006. -
The Persecution I Suffered at My Workplace, in a Detention Centre, and in a Mental Hospital
2006-07-06As I was repeatedly locked up for extended periods of time I suffered much mental and physical damage. I was sent to the City Mental Hospital. Doctors and nurses force-fed me and shocked me with electric batons. Manager Zhao shocked me with electric batons three times. Another male doctor also shocked me with electric baton three times. They force-fed me unknown medications, injected me with unknown drugs, and further shocked me with electric batons. This abuse was carried on for almost two months. As a result, I became mentally disordered and temporarily lost my ability to speak and was overcome with fear. It took me a long time to recover after my release. -
Conditions Surrounding Some Falun Gong Practitioners in Sihui Prison, Guangdong Province
2006-07-06Shang Dongping, head of Sihui Prison, issued orders that at least one Falun Gong practitioner must be "reformed" in each division. He connected this quota to work appraisals and year-end bonuses of all prison employees. As a result, the guards stopped at no evil to persecute Falun Gong practitioners to ensure self-interest and to achieve "reform rate during detention" and "reform rate when leaving prison." At the Special Division, a group of guards would start videotaping Falun Gong practitioners when they first arrived at the prison to "find out their weaknesses." -
Dentist Li Yongquan from Inner Mongolia Framed and Sentenced in Beijing
2006-07-06Former dentist, Li Yongquan was constantly persecuted by local police simply because he believed in Falun Dafa. In August 2004, he was framed; the police detained him and beat him up. Now he is detained in Baoanzhao Jail in Inner Mongolia. After being beaten up his right side of the rib cage fractured in many places; his right eye, cornea injured; his left knee joint injured and he has pulmonary tuberculosis in the right lung. -
Elderly Practitioner Ms. Shan Zhiying from Beijing Arrested for the Third Time
2006-07-06Sixty five year-old Falun Dafa practitioner, Ms. Shan Zhiying was arrested for the third time in a coordinated effort by her employer, the local police, and the street community office on June 14th, 2006. She is detained at a brainwashing centre in Beijing. Before this Ms. Shan Zhiying and her husband left Beijing due to the persecution. -
Supplemental Information about the Persecution of Practitioner Mr. Zhou Jiangang in Qinduankou Prison
2006-07-05On March 10th, 2006, after Mr. Zhou Jiangang was arrested, Xiao Wenhua, from the Prison Political Section, ordered criminals to "teach him a lesson" (referring to Zhou Jiangang). One criminal asked asked, "Where should I hit them? What will happen if the beating causes a problem?" Xiao Wenhua said ruthlessly, "Except the kidney, feel free to strike them anywhere on their bodies." The criminals then rushed toward the practitioners to beat them. -
Falun Dafa Practitioner Zhu Aizhen and Others Persecuted at Brainwashing Centre in Xi'an
2006-07-05Zhu Aizhen and several other Falun Dafa practitioners who were detained by the Xi'an City Lianhu District Police Department on April 25th, 2006, are being imprisoned and persecuted at the brainwashing centre located at Shaanxi Workers Hospital. Currently the physical condition of Zhu Aizhen and the others are extremely weak, and they have become emaciated. The police even shamelessly said, "We haven't done anything to Zhu Aizhen and the others except deprive them of sleep.
