  • Italy: Rome Officials Do Not Bow to Pressure from the Chinese Embassy

    A series of important cultural activities were held in Rome’s famous University of La Sapienza. This cultural activity covered various performances such as sports, arts, general science and human rights issues. Many organisations, including Amnesty International, were invited and joined the activity.
  • United Kingdom: The Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance International Art Exhibition was held at St. Martin-in-the-Fields

    Practitioners distributed two thousand flyers outside the building where the exhibition was held. A lot of people came to appreciate the paintings because of this. One gentleman came to see the exhibition from London's west end. He learned about the exhibition from the leaflet he got in front of the Tate Museum, where practitioners held activities on the 20th of July.
  • BBC: Ma Yingjiu Declares Support for Falun Gong and Criticises the Anti-Secession Law

    The BBC Chinese website published a report on 8th August 2005 entitled: “Ma Yingjiu: Standing Strongly Against the CCP with China”. The report says, Mr. Ma Yingjiu, the new leader of the Taiwanese Kuomintang Party, said to a Chinese Times reporter during an interview on Jinmen Island: “Justice for June 4th, support Falun Gong, criticise the anti-secession law. These viewpoints will not be silenced just because I have become the president of the Taiwanese Kuomintang party.”
  • France: Falun Gong Practitioners charge Li Yuanwei, Former Head of the 610 Office in Liaoning

    Recently, the World Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) learned that an evil person called Li Yuanwei — who has been taking a controlling role in the genocide against Falun Gong as chief of the management branch of Lingyuan Prison and head of the 610 Office* in Liaoning Province — was visiting France to do some research. Practitioners in France and from other countries worked together to collect and translate criminal evidence of Li Yuanwei’s activities in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. On the morning of the 19th of July, the French Falun Gong Association filed a lawsuit on behalf of those Falun Gong practitioners who were persecuted and charged Li Yuanwei with being responsible for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners.
  • Russia: Exposing the Persecution with Lotus Flowers at a Folk Festival in Saint Petersburg

    Many people came to participate in the activity. All over the world, people have been making paper lotus flowers as part of the 'Petals of Peace' project to call for an end to the persecution against Falun Gong and to highlight the plight of the many orphans left in China after the suppression against Falun Gong has taken the lives of their parents.
  • France: "Compassion can dissolve heaven and earth" — A Story about Exposing the facts at the Eiffel Tower

    Among a group of tourists from China, some were listening to the song whilst carefully reading the display posters exposing the Chinese Communist regime’s persecution of Falun Gong. Some wept while others listened to the explanation of the facts about the persecution by Falun Gong practitioners. They stayed for quite a while.
  • France: People in Paris District 11 Support Falun Gong Practitioners' Human Rights

    A series of activities to promote Falun Gong in Paris took us to District No. 11 in the east of the city. Many of the inhabitants in this district are newly rich people who have made their own way in the past several decades, and most of whom are middle class. We held this activity to let them know about Falun gong and the brutal persecution against the practice in China.
  • United Kingdom: The Call from Thames River Bank — “Stop the Persecution and Rescue Falun Gong Practitioners' Orphans”

    UK Falun Gong practitioners held activities in front of the Tate Modern Gallery by the side of the river Thames in London city. The event called for an immediate end to the persecution in China against innocent Falun Gong practitioners and promoted efforts to rescue the orphans of those practitioners who have been persecuted to death.
  • France: During the Sixth Anniversary of ‘7.20’, Falun Gong Practitioners were Promoting Falun Dafa and Exposing the Persecution

    The anniversary of the CCP having started the persecution of Falun Gong six years ago, Falun Gong practitioners displayed exhibition boards, introduced Falun Gong and disclosed the facts of the CCP having cruelly persecuted practitioners in China. Never ending streams of passers-by stopped one after another, asking for more information.
  • Germany: People in Tübingen Sign to Call for an End to the Human Rights Abuses

    On May the 7th, practitioners from Germany went to raise awareness about the persecution of Falun Gong in China among the people of Tübingen. They collected petition signatures in order to help rescue the Jiang family who were deported to China by the German Government. The father of the family was later abducted to a Chinese forced labour camp.
  • Czech Republic and Slovakia: Exposing the Persecution and Promoting Falun Gong (IV)

    Between 16th and 22nd of June 2005, for the first time Falun Gong practitioners in the Czech Republic and Slovakia made wide contact with the mainstream media, exposing the brutal persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist regime. They also hosted various activities to introduce Falun Gong to the general public. Practitioners invited Falun Gong practitioner Xiong Wei from Germany as a special guest. Xiong Wei was imprisoned for two years in a Chinese forced labour camp after being arrested for distributing leaflets exposing the Chinese Communist Party’s human rights abuses aginast Falun Gong practitioners.
  • The People of Cambridge Voice their Opposition to the CCP’s Persecution at an Exhibition

    The posters explained the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) slaughter of millions of citizens through treacherous campaigns to 'cleanse' and instill fearful obedience. Falun Gong practitioners helped set up this exhibition as they felt it helps people understand why the CCP commits genocide against people who practise Falun Gong.
  • France: Practitioners in Paris gather to Appeal for an End to the Persecution on the Sixth Anniversary of the "7.20 Incident"

    Practitioners gathered at the Chinese Consulate to condemn the persecution and mourn for more than 2,600 Falun Gong practitioners who have lost their lives in the last six years. The practitioners appealed to local people to help stop the persecution and urged the Chinese Consulate officials not to continue the persecution.
  • A German Falun Gong Practitioner Exposes the Menace that is the CCP Spies

    A Falun Gong practitioner from Germany called Mrs. Li said in an interview a couple of days ago that she was happy to see Chen Yonglin stand out courageously, proving that the CCP has a spy network overseas targeting Falun Gong and those with dissenting opinions. She felt gratified that Chen Yonglin received a protection visa from the Australian Government. Mrs. Li said that her personal experience demonstrated the existence of a CCP spy network in Germany targeting Falun Gong. Chen Yonglin proves Mrs. Li’s statement from another perspective.
  • Czech Republic: Appeal to Stop the Persecution of Falun Gong at the Chinese Consulate in Prague

    These human rights abuses will never change Falun Gong practitioners’ belief in “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance”. On the contrary, with the continuous efforts of the Falun Gong practitioners, more people have understood Falun Gong’s goodness and the Chinese Communist Party’s brutality during the last six years.
