United States: Introducing Falun Dafa and Exposing the Persecution at the Asian Culture Festival in Westchester County, NY
2005-06-18On May 28th, 2005, practitioners took part in Westchester County's 7th Asian Culture Festival. Under a banner reading "Falun Dafa is Wonderful," our booth attracted a lot of visitors. Some practitioners taught small children how to fold paper lotus flowers, some taught the exercises and some gave out materials about Falun Gong and the persecution, and some patiently talked to tourists, many of whom were from Mainland China. Some of them were very interested in the health benefits of Falun Gong. -

Singapore Unreasonably Bars Taiwanese Falun Gong Practitioners from Entering Its Territory

Malaysia's China Press Reports on Falun Gong Practitioners' Protest over Persecution by the Chinese Communist Party
2005-06-16Cai Qiang, the spokesperson for the appeal, said that practitioners were protesting the charges filed against the nine directors of the Falun Dafa Research Centre Berhad (FDRCB), and the fine of as high as 40,000 Malaysian ringgit. Australia: Falun Gong Practitioners File Lawsuit Against Australian Foreign Minister Alexander Downer
2005-06-15Falun Gong practitioners in Australia have filed a lawsuit to stop Australian Foreign Minister, Mr. Alexander Downer, using Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities (DPI) Regulations to prevent the displaying of Falun Gong banners and the playing of amplified music outside the Chinese Embassy in Canberra. Lawyer for the practitioners Bernard Collaery said, "The Australian Government's response to the persecution of Falun Gong has been disgraceful. The desire to advance bilateral relations with China including economic relations has resulted in a supine position on human rights and is a national disgrace." -
Malaysia: Falun Dafa Practitioners Participate in the 2005 Malacca Dragon Boat Competition
