2002-11-24At 1 p.m. October 27, 2002, when the summit of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum (APEC) in Mexico ended, the leaders and representatives from different countries were leaving for the airport. Along the coastal highway, they saw Falun Gong practitioners holding up banners and meditating. These practitioners came from over a dozen countries. This had been described as "Scenery at the APEC Summit" by the local newspaper. -

2002-11-23For quite some time, due to a lack of practitioners there had been few Dafa activities in Kansas. At the suggestion of practitioners from other areas, we had a breakthrough with the help of the school's Amnesty International chapter. After several email exchanges and participation at their biweekly meetings, we introduced the persecution and how practitioners had suffered in China. AI Kansas division decided at once to hold a seminar and photo exhibition at Kansas State University to expose the Jiang regime's crimes in persecuting Falun Gong. -
Canada: Stories of Collecting Signatures on Postcards
