Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Li Fengqin Tortured to Death

On the morning of October 11th, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Fengqin was illegally arrested by State Security agents. They extorted money from her, beat her, and brutally force-fed her. After ten days she was near death, and her family members sent her to the hospital. The doctor said they couldn't do anything to save her. Ms. Li died on the afternoon of January 30th, 2006. She was only in her 50s. -
Brutal Torture and Death of Falun Gong Practitioners at the No. 3 Prison in Gansu Province
2006-02-06Right now, twelve Falun Gong practitioners are being unjustly detained at the prison. The guards abuse the practitioners ceaselessly, both physically and mentally, desperately attempting to "reform" them. Their superiors have assigned them a "reform" quota which gives the guards the impetus to be so brutal. The guards tortured Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Liu Zhirong to death before January 14th, 2006. They claimed that Liu Zhirong died from suicide. -
Hebei Province Officials Burned Mr. Zhang Shunjie with a Red-hot Poker
2006-02-06Because 40-year-old Mr. Zhang helped to rescue a practitioner from persecution a vicious official used a poker to hit Mr. Zhang. Later, Wang heated the poker red-hot and used it to sear Mr. Zhang's hands. His hands still have those scars. Another official used a lit cigarette to burn Zhang Shunjie's face. He also poured boiling water on his head. A person wearing a judicial robes yelled, "I will make your family suffer a great deal!" -
Those Who are Persecuting Practitioners in Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province, Should be Placed on the Official "List of Perpetrators"
2006-02-06Bai Shuwen is the prison director at Shuangyashan Detention Centre. He has tortured practitioners with instruments such as the "small white dragon." He also ruthlessly force-fed practitioners and tortured them while they were handcuffed. He forced practitioners to sit on an iron chair continuously for at least five days. He tortured practitioner Liu Jinshan to death through force-feeding. -
I Narrowly Escaped the Chinese Communist Party's Evil Persecution and Am a Witness to Its Crimes
2006-02-05"My name is Lu Changjing. I am 44 and live in Liaoning Province. My mother, Ms. Shi Shengying, was also a Falun Gong practitioner. She refused to give up Falun Gong and was persecuted to death. Her body is still at the Shengying Crematorium. I saw scars and wounds all over my mother's body and a bright-red fresh wound at her throat. Since I refused to give up Falun Gong as well, I suffered cruel torture and narrowly escaped death. I had to leave my home and family." -

Pingyuan County's 610 Office Arrests Practitioners and Extorts Money from Them
2006-02-05In late September 2005, policemen from the State Security Division and local police broke into the homes of practitioners Liu Jixin and Liu Shanyou. They took away Dafa books and arrested the practitioners. At the station, they tried to coerce the practitioners into giving up their Dafa practice and to report the sources of their materials. The police threatened the families that the practitioners would be sent to forced labour camp if they didn't give money to the police. The practitioners were not released until Liu Jixin's family had paid 3000 yuan and Liu Shanyou's family had paid 5000 yuan. -
Ms. Shen Ju Died from the CCP's Unremitting Persecution
2006-02-0534-year-old Ms. Shen Ju, a Falun Gong practitioner was persecuted repeatedly by the 610 Office. She was arrested in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, in 2005 and taken to a detention centre, where she contracted scabies. In early January 2006, the illness became more much serious, and she fell into a deep coma before she was taken to the hospital, where she later passed away. She is survived by her six-year-old son. -
Practitioners from Tianjin City Cruelly Tortured; Several Died
2006-02-04Mr. Tang Jian was an excellent teacher. Because he refused to give up his belief in Falun Gong, he was sent to a forced labour camp. His face was covered with injuries caused by burning cigarettes. Each time before he had a bath, the prison guards beat him brutally so that his skin was broken and his muscles were smashed. Then they filled the bath tub with salty hot water and ordered criminal prisoners to hold him in the water so that he could not stand up. Mr. Tang still refused to give up his belief in Falun Gong. As a result, he died of the long term torture when he was only 39 years old, leaving his young wife and a young child. -
Officials in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hold a Brainwashing Session to Persecute Practitioners
2006-02-04Communist regime agents are still persecuting Dafa practitioners. On May 20th, 2005, they held another brainwashing session and arrested nearly 200 practitioners. They physically tortured and mentally tormented them. These corrupt officials forced the practitioners to read articles that slander Dafa and also to watch videos of the same slanderous content. They threatened and intimidated the practitioners that they would only be released if they write guarantee statements to renounce Falun Dafa. If the refused, they would be directly sent to labour camps or prisons. -
Two Elderly Practitioners from Henan Province and Hebei Province Passed Away Due to Repeated Persecution
2006-02-04Mr. Yan Yong'an, 70 years old, had been repeatedly harassed, threatened, fined, and had his home ransacked by Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials from the district, township and village and also by police officers that went to his house. His wife was also arrested and tortured for exposing the persecution of Falun Dafa. The psychological torture he suffered cannot be put into words. He gradually developed illness symptoms. Sadly, Mr. Yan passed away on December 10th, 2005. -
Details of the Persecution of Several Practitioners in Hubei Province
2006-02-04Ms. Wang Kailan, over 40 years old, was formerly a senior nurse at a hospital. She was dismissed from her job in 2000 because she was a Falun Gong practitioner. In 2001, Ms. Wang was sent to forced labour for one year, which was later extended to another year. While in the Shayang Forced Labour Camp, all ten of her fingers were nailed to the wall. Her whole body turned black and blue. She regained consciousness after they poured cold water on her body. As a result of the abuse she experienced at the labour camp, Ms. Wang could not sleep while lying on her back and had to sleep on her stomach. -
Falun Dafa Practitioner Mrs. Wang Jifeng from Chongqing City Passed Away in 2003 Due to Persecution
2006-02-03Falun Dafa practitioner Mrs. Wang Jifeng passed away on August 13th, 2003 as a result of cruel persecution by Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials. She was 26 years old. Her husband Gu Shengxue was sentenced to two years of forced labour and was actually held in a labour camp for five years. Her sister Wang Jiqin died in September 2002 after being savagely tortured at the Maojiashan Women's Labour Camp in Chongqing City. She was 29 years old. This is yet another tragedy in one of the many families hit hard by the unjust persecution. -
Mr. Liao Shikai from Chongqing City Tortured to Death in 2001
2006-02-03One day at the end of 2001, the police took practitioner Mr. Liao Shikai, in his 40s, to the police station. By the next day, he had been tortured to death. (Note: Mr. Liao was very healthy when he was taken away.) The police were afraid to bear the responsibility for this crime so they did not allow Mr. Liao's family to see his body or take pictures. They directly cremated Mr. Liao's body. The local residents protested the injustice inflicted upon Mr. Liao Shikai. The police dispatched many police vehicles to disperse the protesters in the name of "maintaining public order." -
Three Practitioners Persecuted to Death in Liaoning, Sichuan and Heilongjiang Provinces
2006-02-03Mr. Li Hongliang, about thirty years old, was a doctor. After the persecution began on July 20th, 1999, he went to Beijing to appeal many times. Consequently, the 610 Office, the public security agents, people from his workplace repeatedly arrested, detained and persecuted him at a detention centre and at a mental hospital. The authorities released him only after he suffered a mental collapse. Due to his mental trauma which resulted from the torture, he jumped off of a tall building and died.
