Falun Gong practitioners follow the principle of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" and they have greatly benefited from it. Finding My Deeply Hidden, Fundamental Attachment

My Cultivation Experience
2005-11-30For a while, the material production sites sprang up everywhere like bamboo shoots after the rain. People in rural areas learnt how to use computers in four days. A 70-year-old woman learnt how to use a computer in two weeks, and then an 80-year-old senior citizen and students learnt how to use computers. I also began from zero, same as the other practitioners, knowing nothing. But our hearts were being led by Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance and we simply wished to let others learn the truth about the practice and the persecution. -
Master Is Always Beside Us
2005-11-30I read an article stating that a practitioner had given up cultivation because for a long time he could not see any supernatural things and thus he lost righteous faith in Falun Dafa. After reading this article, I felt it was such a pity that this practitioner gave up the predestined cultivation opportunity that happens only once in a thousand years, particularly when the Fa-rectification is near its end. With the many practitioners who cannot see things in other dimensions in mind, I would like to share my cultivation experiences. -
Researchers Discover that Meditation Builds up the Brain

Ten volunteers were tested before and after 40 minutes of either sleep, meditation, reading or light conversation, with all subjects trying all conditions. The 40-minute nap was known to improve performance (after an hour or so to recover from grogginess). But what astonished the researchers was that meditation was the only intervention that immediately led to superior performance, despite none of the volunteers being experienced at meditation.
