Germany: Exposing Jiang's Crimes Locally

Practitioners saw him several times and he was willing to talk with them. He knew the truth about the persecution well. However, he thought it had little to do with him and that he could do nothing to help. During Jiang’s visit in Germany, one western practitioner’s human rights were infringed upon by German policemen under pressure from Jiang. When the MP was approached by this practitioner, he immediately showed an interest and said that he would write letters to the relevant police department to find out the details. I think he felt that the incident was relevant to him as it occurred in his election district. This allowed practitioners to further clarify the facts to him about Jiang’s persecution of Falun Gong. -

2004-01-05Upon learning of the torture death of Mr. Liu Chengjun on December 26th, my tears kept running down my face. No words can express my deep sorrow. I can only suppress my sadness and write this short article to commemorate our hero. For the past year, I've seen news about him. At the time of his arrest, the police shot him in the leg, knowing he was already injured. He suffered numerous tortures in jail. Two months ago, he fell into a coma. Now he is gone, after suffering 21 months of torture.
