  • Czech Republic: Czech Practitioners Call for the Release of Arrested Falun Gong Practitioners in Chinese Concentration Camps

    From the 20th to the 25th of May, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners from the Czech Republic staged a tour of north Moravia and Silesia to inform the Czech people about the continuous persecution of their fellow practitioners in China and about the atrocities in which the CCP harvests organs from living people in labour camps for profit.
  • Russia: Falun Gong Practitioners in Pyaqigorsk Expose the CCP's Crimes

    On May 27th, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners in Pyaqigorsk exposed the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s monstrous crime of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. As well as distributing leaflets and chatting with passersby, practitioners also displayed information boards and performed a re-enactment of organ-harvesting.

  • Finland: Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance International Art Exhibition in Helsinki

    The exhibition grandly opened in Helsinki on May the 30th. Parliament member and former MEP Ms. Heidi Hautala said in her opening speech that she hoped the exhibition will help people see the human rights situation in China. The exhibition was later visited by Vice-President of the European Parliament Mr. Edward McMillan-Scott.
  • 2006 Ukraine Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference Held in Kiev

    The 2006 Ukraine Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference was held on May 28th. A practitioner read a congratulation message from the Founder of Falun Dafa, Master Li Hongzhi. Practitioners met this with warm applause and once again felt what great responsibilities they shoulder. Many practitioners took the chance to share their experiences.
  • Switzerland: Visitors from China Learn the Truth about Falun Gong

    Whenever there were Chinese people, practitioners approached to greet them and passed materials such as a copy of the Epoch Times and "Nine Commentaries." Most people would accept, some tour guides even encouraged people to take the materials. When some tour guides restrained people from taking the materials, Dafa practitioners told them the truth. A lot of people liked to listen to it and the majority would accept a copy of the "Nine Commentaries" and said thanks.
  • Ukraine: Activities During the Ukraine Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference

    On May 28-29, Falun Gong practitioners held a Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference. Over a dozen practitioners shared their experiences and understandings. There was also a parade and candlelight vigil in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. Falun Dafa practitioners from Germany, Poland, Russia and other major cities also came to participate.
  • United Kingdom: Falun Gong Practitioners Participate in the Lord Mayor's Parade in Oxford

    On May 29th, 2006 UK Falun Gong practitioners participated in the Lord Mayor’s Parade in Oxford. This is the fourth time that Falun Gong took part in the parade, which was mainly made up of local charities. The Lord Mayor of Oxford expressed his gratitude for Falun Gong practitioners’ participation which greatly enriched the city.
  • Germany: Local People Wear Yellow Ribbons to Express Support for Falun Gong

    On May 15th, 2006, German practitioners appealed outside the office of the Chancellor, who was going to visit China. They called on Chancellor Merkel to pay attention to the harvesting of living Falun Gong practitioners' organs by the CCP, and to help to urge the Chinese Communist regime to stop persecuting Falun Gong.
  • Switzerland: Exposing the Chinese Communist Party’s Crimes in Lucerne

    Swiss Falun Gong practitioners held a live anti-torture exhibition at a famous tourist spot in the city of Lucerne in Switzerland. There were also display boards and petitions to be signed to support an end to the persecution. Many people were shocked to see a live performance in which “doctors” harvested fake organs from “patients”.
  • Russia: Falun Gong Practitioners Introduce Falun Gong During the City Festival in St. Petersburg

    Many people surrounded the small table on which practitioners folded paper lotus flowers. Practitioners folded lotus flowers as they explained how innocent Falun Gong practitioners in China were persecuted. A little girl would not leave until her mother signed the petition supporting an end to the persecution of Falun Gong.
  • Sweden: Using the Internet to Expose the Truth about Falun Gong to People in Mainland China

    “You don’t know the facts that prevail now inside China; corruption is all over the whole country, from top to bottom, without even one word of truth. Nowadays, the CCP does not care about serious matters; it wholeheartedly persecutes innocent common people. No matter whoever has a different voice, will be labelled by CCP as creating public disorder, subverting the country, and revealing national secrets and so on ... The common Chinese people have no satisfactory things in his or her life, how can they be in a good mood."
  • German Media Reports on Falun Gong Photo Exhibition

    On May 10th, local media in Furth im Wald, a small city in Bavaria, reported a photographic exhibition depicting the phenomenon of Falun Gong.Koetzting Daily published a story entitled "Pictures make people think about the dark side of China. Falun Gong photo exhibition at municipal hall touches the people; Go see it."
  • EFGIC: European Leaders Herald the Winds of Change in China, Beijing Contacts in Life Danger

    After meeting with Falun Gong practitioners during a three-day investigatory trip to Beijing, McMillan-Scott was convinced that, despite a huge increase of foreign trade relations, the human rights situation in China - and particularly the repression of religious and spiritual groups including Falun Gong, haven't changed in the least, and expressed his admiration for them. "Today in China religious movements demonstrate [...] courage, they are giving the lead [in the quest for freedom], they inspire those hundreds of millions enslaved by the CCP".
  • Czech Republic: Seminar on Human Rights in China

    Since 1999, people practising Falun Gong have been detained in forced labour camps and concentration camps where they are inhumanly tortured. According to witnesses who decided to talk openly to the public and gave interviews to the Epoch Times newspaper, in these camps, the organs from living practitioners are being harvested for transplants. Practitioners are then thrown directly into the incinerator to cover all the evidence. All the detained people are marked with numbers, just as the Jews in the Nazi concentration camps.
