Germany: Petition Signing Activity in Frankfurt before Hu’s visit
2005-11-21Practitioners from Frankfurt organised an information day in a city on the river Main. The reason for the activity was the visit of the State President of China in November. Signatures were collected, which were mailed to the Federal President Horst Köhler. We appealed to Mr Köhler to support the end of the persecution of Falun Gong in China. -
German Prime Minister Wanted to Help Hu Realise the Importance of Freedoms
2005-11-21The famous German TV Station First Channel reported on the German President Horst Koehler’s speech during a press conference after his meeting with Chinese President Hu. Mr. Koehler said that he pointed out to Mr. Hu that respecting people’s wishes, enjoying freedom and dignity, are the common value of the world and the aim of the United Nation’s Constitution. Only through promoting peace, freedom and democracy, can people’s lives improve and only then, can economic growth be maintained. -

Germany: Exposing the Persecution of Falun Gong with an Anti-Torture Exhibition in Rostock
2005-11-20Falun Gong practitioners had the opportunity to show the travelling exhibition “Fields of Shame” in the German coastal city of Rostock during the weekend of November 12th. The exhibition has been shown nationwide and it displays pictures and photographs of human rights violations and torture methods used in different countries. We had been invited to participate in the exhibition to show torture methods brutally applied to thousands of peaceful Falun Gong practitioners in China. -

Germany: Young People Attracted by Falun Gong Practitioners' Tranquil Energy Field

Radio France Internationale (RFI): US State Department’s Annual Report States that China Continues to Persecutes Falun Gong
2005-11-19"The U.S. has long been concerned about the fact that there is no freedom of religion in China. Given that, in the U.S. State Department’s annual report, China was relegated to the category of countries subject to special attention.
