Progress Report: Taiwan Practitioners' Lawsuit Against Hong Kong Immigration Office for Denying Them Entry
2003-06-19The Hong Kong Falun Dafa Association held a cultivation experience sharing conference on February 22 2003, in Hong Kong. About 400 Taiwan practitioners came to attend the conference, but 82 were prohibited from entering due to a decision made by the Hong Kong Immigration Office director. 2003-06-17About ten scholars from the United States and the United Kingdom of British came to Hong Kong to attend the two-day forum "Freedom and National Security - Has the Right Balance Been Struck?" The attendees oppose Article 23, and some of them believe the proscription mechanism should be deleted.
