Crimes Committed by Wang Shouliang in Fusong County, Jilin Province

Wang Shouliang is an agent of the Quanyang Forestry Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Political and Security Office in Fusong County, Baishan City, Jilin Province. In the past seven years, he has sent 23 innocent Falun Dafa practitioners to forced labour and detained countless other practitioners. Many families of Falun Dafa practitioners are suffering financial hardship because Wang Shouliang caused them to lose their jobs. Wang also is involved in pocketing money from practitioners' "security deposits," which many practitioners' family members had to go into debt to provide. -
The Situation of Practitioners Mr. Zhao Longzhi and His Wife Ms. Luo Na in Tibet Remains Unknown After Eight Months in Police Custody
2006-11-27Tibetan Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Zhao Longzhi and his wife Ms. Luo Na were arrested by local police officers and members of the 610 Office on January 31, 2006. Local police officers and members of the 610 Office became suspicious that Mr. Zhao and Ms. Luo were distributing leaflets exposing the persecution. The officers searched the couple's home and took them into custody. No family visit has been granted. It has been reported that Mr. Zhao Longzhi and Ms. Luo Na were unlawfully held in the Lhasa City Detention Centre. -
Practitioners Being Tortured in Hongzehu Prison in Jiangsu Province
2006-11-26Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zang Shuqin previously had atrophied muscles, but quickly recovered after Falun Dafa practice. He was detained multiple times and tortured at the Hongze Farm. On September 18th, 2006, he was detained again. He is being watched by more than ten guards. Prison 610 Office agents are brainwashing him every day. Mr. Zang Shuqin is resisting the brainwashing completely, and holding onto the truth. It has now been more then twenty days since he was detained. -
Mr. Dai Zhifeng and Mr. Zhou Hui from Anhui Province Sentenced to Long Prison Terms in a Secret Trial
2006-11-26Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Dai Zhifeng and Mr. Zhou Hui were arrested on March 2nd, 2006, in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. They were detained in Huaibei Second Detention Centre. On September 29th, the Xiangshan District Court of Huaibei City held a secret trial without notifying their relatives. At the trial Mr. Dai and Mr. Zhou shouted "Falun Dafa is Good! Falun Dafa is Righteous! Please learn the truth about Falun Dafa." They were beaten by court officials. On October 24th, the Xiangshan District Court sentenced Mr. Dai Zhifeng to six years in prison and sentenced Mr. Zhou Hui to seven years in prison--in their absence--and did not notify their families. -
Practitioner Mr. Xie Mingyi from Liaoning Province Arrested; His Whereabouts Unknown
2006-11-26Dafa practitioner Mr. Xie Mingyi was arrested and his whereabouts remain unknown. At first, Miao Zhensheng, the political instructor in Domestic Security Brigade in Liaoyang County, said that Mr. Xie was detained at Liaoyang County Detention Centre. No one was allowed to visit him and nothing could be forwarded to him except cash. A month later, Miao said that Mr. Xie was transferred to Liaoyang City Detention Centre. Mr. Xie's family immediately went to Liaoyang City Detention Centre. The guard said that Mr. Xie had been transferred elsewhere. -
Mother-in-law and Daughter-in-law Seriously Ill in Detention; Money Extorted from Their Family Members
2006-11-26Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Hu Xinyuan and her daughter-in-law, Ms. Gong Liya are imprisoned in Jin City Detention Centre and Changsha Women's Prison respectively. Ms. Hu is suffering from symptoms caused by pulmonary emphysema, heart disease, and pulmonary tuberculosis. Ms. Gong is suffering from the relapse of previous diseases. Both of them are in this condition due to persecution. The police are taking advantage of their ill health by extorting money from their families. -
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Uses a Policy of Implication to Coerce People to Persecute Their Family Member
2006-11-25After July 20th, 1999, I went to Beijing twice to appeal peacefully for Dafa. The first time I was intercepted and taken back to my hometown. At the detention centre, because I insisted on doing the Falun Gong exercises, exposing the persecution of Falun Gong, and refusing to renounce my belief in Dafa, they put 20-pound shackles on my feet and tightly secured an instrument of torture around my upper body. My hands were tightly secured as well and I could not move. I was unable to lie down and was forced to stand the entire time. They put me in the same torture device used on convicts sentenced to death. -
Details of Dafa Practitioners Being Tortured at the Mudanjiang Forced Labour Camp in Heilongjiang Province
2006-11-25All levels of officials participated in torturing practitioners at the Mudanjiang Forced Labour Camp, from the director to guards. The guards manipulated the inmates who wanted to shorten their prison terms with special achievements, inciting them to abuse Dafa practitioners. With violence and blood, the Mudanjiang Forced Labour Camp achieved a 100% "transformation rate." The practitioners' bodies were bleeding, while their hearts were weeping. -
Ms. Dong Baoxin from Fushun City, Liaoning Province Dies at 66 as a Result of Persecution
2006-11-2566-year-old Practitioner Ms. Dong Baoxin along with her two daughters, suffered many years of persecution. They were also subjects of brutality in forced labour camps. Under the long-term harassment and imprisonment, Ms. Dong had a relapse of diabetes and died in October 2004. In April 2006, her daughter Yang Chunling was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment. She is currently very weak and thin. -
Ms. Jiang Yongzhen, 69, from Fushun City, Liaoning Province, Passes Away Under Long-Term Persecution
2006-11-25Because Ms. Jiang Yongzhen obtained tremendous health benefits through practising Falun Dafa, she travelled to Beijing in October 1999, to appeal to the government to stop the persecution of Dafa practitioners. However, once there, she was arrested and imprisoned for seventy-two days. After being released and returning home, Ms. Jiang was subjected to constant harassment and personal threats, and was monitored and imprisoned by the local National Security Team and Public Security Bureaus. Suffering from the long-term terror and constant persecution, Ms. Jiang Yongzhen passed away on September 29th, 2006, at 69 years of age. -
Mr. Liu Xianglong Arrested in Langfang City, Hebei Province
2006-11-25On the morning of October 8th, 2006, two brothers (non-practitioners) of Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Yang Jianpo, who is dying, drove to visit him in the Jidong Prison. Because they did not know where the prison was located, they asked practitioner Mr. Liu Xianglong to guide them. The prison had notified Mr. Yang's brothers to visit, but as soon as they arrived at the prison, more than ten state security agents, led by Liu Yan'guo, from Langfang City arrested Mr. Liu and almost arrested Mr. Yang's two brothers. -
Ms. Li Guiqin Dies in Police Custody after Large Scale Arrests in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province
2006-11-24In August 2006, police from the Zhengyang Station in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province rounded up and arrested Falun Dafa practitioners on a large scale. On September 4th, Ms. Li Guqin was arrested when going to a fellow practitioner's house. On the afternoon of the same day, police ransacked her house and arrested her husband. They tortured the couple at the station. On September 9th, 2006, the policemen continued to torture Ms. Li Guiqin and tried to force her to give out other practitioners' names. She refused to cooperate, and she died after falling from the third floor. This is the second death caused by policemen from the Zhengyang Station within a year. -
Non-Practitioner Witness: How the Chinese Communist Party Persecuted Falun Dafa Practitioners
2006-11-24On my first day in jail, I was put in a section with Falun Gong practitioners, and I ended up spending my whole year of incarceration with them. I was astonished to discover that they were so kind and nice, and at the same time their willpower was so strong and they were so persistent in their belief in the truth. One practitioner was burned on the back of her hands by a police officer with a heated steel rod. The backs of her hands were burned so severely that they appeared cooked. The pain was so unbearable that she did not sleep a wink all night. -
In Liaoning Province Mr. Cao Guangfu's Family of Three Persecuted--Son Unjustly Sentenced to 10 Years In Prison
2006-11-24Mr. Cao Guangfu, 57, is from Xinmin City, Liaoning Province. Mr. Guangfu's family of three has been cruelly persecuted for many years for practising Falun Dafa. His son, Cao Yang, was initially sentenced to seven years of imprisonment, and the sentence was later changed to ten years. Currently he is in Huazi Prison, and is forced to do hard labour for more than ten hours every day. -
Mr. Wang Zhenguo in Hubei Province Dies at 62 As a Result of Persecution; His Letter Exposes How Jiangti Police Station Officers Mistreated Him
2006-11-24Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Zhenguo died in October 2006 as a result of the persecution. His family members found a letter that he had written exposing what he had been subjected to at the Jiangti Police Station in Wuhan City. The letter is evidence of how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners.
