Ms. Niu Aiqing Detained in a Brainwashing Centre, Her Husband Goes Everywhere with Their Children to Seek Help

Since the persecution started police imprisoned, beat and punished her many times. On August 31st, 2006, officers from the 610 Office arrested Ms. Niu Aiqing and took her to a brainwashing centre. Her husband couldn’t bear it. He was forced to abandon his job and left their ageing parents at home. Taking their two children with him, he went everywhere looking for help. -
Brutality at Suihua Forced Labour Camp in Heilongjiang Province
2006-09-22In 2004, An Senbiao refused to be "transformed" at Suihua Forced Labour Camp. He protested the persecution by hunger striking for six months. During the hunger strike he suffered all kinds of brutal tortures. He was hand-cuffed to a death bed for a prolonged period of time, force-fed through the nose and tortured continuously by four collaborators, who forced him to drink salt water and burned his mouth with boiling water. The collaborators also wrapped up An Senbiao's private parts with cayenne husks, making them swell so much that he could not urinate. In order to prevent him from crying out they sealed his mouth. -
Three Dafa Practitioners from Hebei Province Sentenced to Forced Labour
2006-09-22While distributing leaflets exposing the persecution on the night of July 20th, 2006, Dafa practitioners Yarn Mao and Cheng Ming were arrested and taken to the Kongjiazhuang Police Station by local patrol officers. Dafa practitioner Zheng Guiqin, along with her son, were followed and arrested by undercover officers from the local police station while they were putting up signs to expose the persecution. They were sentenced to forced labour. -
Practitioner from Shandong Province in Critical Condition - His Family Members Harassed

The 610 Office arrested Wang Shoushan and attempted to brainwash him, which caused Wang serious harm. He can no longer take care of himself. He was staying in a hospital where his son and daughter-in-law work. When the 610 Office learned of this, they went to the hospital to coerce the head of the hospital to threaten his family. -
Five Dafa Practitioners Imprisoned in the Pingquan Detention Centre in Hebei Province
2006-09-20Five Dafa practitioners are currently imprisoned in the Pingquan Detention Centre in Hebei Province: Ms. Han Shuzhen from Taitoushan, Ms. Tao Suqin (60 years old), Mr. Yu Hanying (67 years old), Yu's daughter Ms. Yan Shumei, as well as one other anonymous Dafa practitioner who had travelled to Yu Hanying's home and was also arrested. This anonymous practitioner has already held a hunger strike for more than twenty days at the detention centre, become severely ill, and is on the brink of death. Yet the detention centre refuses to release this practitioner and is instead covering up any information about the practitioner. -
Persecution Against Ms. Zhang Xiaoli and Her Family in Hebei Province
2006-09-20Ms. Zhang Xiaoli was arrested by Fan Wenzhi, the Chairman of the People's Congress Representative in Donglu Township. In the brainwashing centre, Ms. Zhang refused to be brainwashed and started a hunger strike to protest the persecution. On the third day, Fan Wenzhi sent some people to force-feed her. She was berated and beaten when she refused to cooperate with them during the force-feeding. A month later, when she was in a coma and her life was in danger, Fan Wenzhi still managed to send Ms. Zhang Xiaoli to Bailizhuang Forced Labour Camp in Baoding City and had her sentenced to three years of forced labour. -
Mr. Zhang Jieping, 56, Dies as a Result of Persecution at the Baihelin Detention Centre in Chongqing City
2006-09-18On the morning of August 29th, Mr. Zhang's son was called into the detention centre and saw his father at the facility clinic. A nearly unrecognisable Zhang Jieping, all skin and bones, was unable to speak and needed constant infusions. Blood was visible in his urine led out through a tube. On the same day, while wearing shackles around his ankles, he was first sent to the No.1 People's Hospital in Shapingba District for emergency treatment and then transferred to Shapingba District Hospital. Zhang died on the morning of September 5th. -
Middle School Teacher Died Under Persecution After Spreading "Nine Commentaries"
2006-09-18Ms. Huang Boazhen, 61, suffered from hyperthyroidism, high blood pressure, and other illnesses before she started practising Falun Dafa. After she began the practice in 1996, all of her diseases went away. Ms. Huang continued cultivating in Falun Dafa even after the vile CCP began to wildly persecute Falun Gong on July 20th 1999. At the beginning of 2005, Ms. Huang gave copies of the Nine Commentaries to students, and was reported by security guards. She had to leave home to avoid being arrested. Due to the long-term pressure of the persecution, her former diseases returned, and Ms. Huang died on February 1st 2005. -
Persecution in Prisons and Labour Camps in Hebei Province
2006-09-18In October 2000, a group of Falun Dafa practitioners from all parts of Hebei Province were sent to the Kaiping Labour Camp. There was a shortage of cells, so bungalows with brick beds were built in the men’s division, located behind the women's division. A dozen practitioners slept on one large brick bed. We could only sleep on our sides. A wall separates the right side of the bungalow from a large classroom on the left where Falun Gong practitioners are subjected to brainwashing and torture. A solitary confinement cell is in the centre. -
Female College Student in Guangdong Province Arrested By 610 Office After Three Times in Forced Labour Camp
2006-09-18Falun Gong practitioner Chen Li was a fourth year student in the Fine Arts School of Shantou University, Guangdong Province. She has been sent to a forced labour camp three times since November 1999, and she suffered extremely cruel treatment because she persisted in practising Falun Gong, such as being shocked with electric batons and confined with handcuffs and shackles. Recently, agents from the Zhuhai City 610 Office arrested her again and sent her to the brainwashing centre in Zhanjiang City. -
Four Falun Dafa Practitioners from Yucheng County, Henan Province Unjustly Arrested
2006-09-17Four practitioners from Henan Province, were arrested by police between August 16th and 18th. They are now being detained at Yucheng County Detention Centre and elsewhere. The police confiscated Falun Dafa books, and leaflets exposing the persecution from over 50 years old practitioner Ms. Wang Jingping's house and arrested her. She is suffering from the police’s brutal persecution. The police not only refused to release Ms. Wang, but also threatened that they would send her to the forced labour camp. -
My Persecution Experiences in Prison
2006-09-15I am a Falun Dafa practitioner living in Fushun City. In July 1999, all the newspapers started defaming Falun Dafa and Teacher Li [Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa]. In October when I went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa, I was arrested and sent to the Dashagou Detention Centre in Qingyuan. In the evening, the warden instructed two inmates to tie the cords of a power generator around my wrists, and then started the machine to torture me with high-voltage electricity. Next they tied the cords around my ankles and shocked me. My whole body became contorted and I fell onto the floor, but the inmates pulled me up and continued the torture. -
Eighteen-Year-Old Girl Arrested for Appealing for Her Father
2006-09-14Zhu Xiuyun, an 18-year-old girl sought justice for her father, Mr. Zhu Yanghe, who was arrested and sent to a labour camp. She took a petition signed by more than 200 people to the County Court on August 19th, 2006. At the direction of Li Shilin of the 610 Office, court officials and dozens of police officers from the central police station arrested Ms. Zhu Xiuyun and they sent her to the detention centre, although they waited three days before they notified the family. -
Practitioners' Families are Persecuted at the Henan Provincial Women's Forced Labour Camp on Family Visit Days
2006-09-14Henan Provincial Women's Forced Labour Camp not only persecutes unlawfully detained Falun Gong practitioners but also their families, especially during the day of interview. When they arrived at the door, the family was asked to sign a statement. The statement consisted of two paragraphs: the first paragraph contained malicious words that insulted and cursed the Teacher of Falun Gong, and the second paragraph acknowledged that the forced labour and brainwashing of Falun Gong practitioners is legal action and is "saving" Falun Gong practitioners. Any applicant who refused to sign the statement would be refused permission to see his or her detained family member. -
Twenty-Year-Old Son of Zhu Yan Arrested for Appealing for His Mother; His Whereabouts Unknown
2006-09-11At 9:30 a.m. on the morning of August 8th, 2006, Mr. Cao Yang held a banner in front of the Jilin City Police Station to appeal for the release of his mother, Ms. Zhu Yan, who was sentenced to one and a half years in a labour camp and sent to Heizuizi Labour Camp in Changchun City. Several police officers came over, took down the banner and forced Mr. Cao to go to the police station. At that time, many people shouted to Mr. Cao, "Don't go in with them. You will suffer. They will beat you." his whereabouts remain unknown.
