Three Falun Dafa Practitioners from Guangdong, Hebei, and Hubei Provinces Die as a Result of Persecution

Ms. Pang Xiulan, 61, suffered from diabetes. After cultivating Falun Dafa, all of her illnesses disappeared. She used her personal experiences and her health improvement to validate the miraculous healing effects of Falun Dafa. However, she was sentenced to two years of forced labour. She suffered severe and cruel persecution at the women's forced labour camp and had a relapse of her diabetes. On April 28th, 2006, she died as a result of the persecution. -
Dr. Shao Hui Tortured to Death Leaving a Young Son Behind, His Wife Mu Ping Arrested Again by Jilin City Police (Photos)

On October 24th, 2006, police from the National Security Team of the Jilin City Police Department arrested practitioner Ms. Mu Ping. Mrs. Mu Ping's husband, Mr. Shao Hui, was a doctor. Because he practised Falun Gong and spoke to people about the facts of Falun Dafa, he was monitored and arrested by police. In August 2002, he was tortured to death. He was only 31 years old. -
Facts about the Persecution and Death of Practitioner Mr. Li Zetao from Chongqing City in 2001
2006-11-28Mr. Li Zetao was arrested in June 2000 after being reported for speaking to people about the facts of Falun Dafa. He was sent to Xishanping Forced Labour Camp. Because Li Zetao publicly resisted the overtime hard labour, requested the right to write a letter to sue because of the persecution, and demanded the right to practise the Falun Gong exercises, he was considered a real thorn in the Camp's side. Guard Du Jun claimed: "(I) wanted to beat him to death a long time ago." he was frequently viciously tortured until finally he died on June 2nd 2001. Mr. Li Zetao was about 24 years old. -
Her Three Daughters Persecuted--One to Death--Ms. Yu Xiulan Dies in Despair and Fear
2006-11-28Ms. Yu Xiulan, 80 years old, lived in Hegang City in Heilongjiang Province. She started practising Falun Gong in 1998. Three of her daughters also practise Falun Gong. Her second daughter, Du Guilan, was persecuted to death in 2004. Her fifth daughter, Du Guijie, has been detained in Harbin Women's Prison. The third daughter, Du Guihua, was arrested and persecuted several times. Even her grandson, who does not practise Falun Gong, was also arrested and tortured. Ms. Yu Xiulan became more fearful with each passing day day. She died in August 2006. -
Three Falun Dafa Practitioners Die Due to Persecution in Liaoning, Gansu, and Jilin Provinces
2006-11-27Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Cao Fengying, 62, lived in Gansu Province. She went to Beijing twice to appeal, was detained twice in the Jinchang City Drug Rehabilitation Centre, and was later transferred to the Jinchang City Detention Centre. She went on hunger strike to protest the persecution. Her family paid two thousands yuan to bail her out, but policemen often came to her door to harass and threaten her. She had been forced to put her fingerprint on a guarantee statement promising to stop Falun Gong practice. She died six months later on January 28th, 2004. -
Ms. Dong Baoxin from Fushun City, Liaoning Province Dies at 66 as a Result of Persecution
2006-11-2566-year-old Practitioner Ms. Dong Baoxin along with her two daughters, suffered many years of persecution. They were also subjects of brutality in forced labour camps. Under the long-term harassment and imprisonment, Ms. Dong had a relapse of diabetes and died in October 2004. In April 2006, her daughter Yang Chunling was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment. She is currently very weak and thin. -
Ms. Jiang Yongzhen, 69, from Fushun City, Liaoning Province, Passes Away Under Long-Term Persecution
2006-11-25Because Ms. Jiang Yongzhen obtained tremendous health benefits through practising Falun Dafa, she travelled to Beijing in October 1999, to appeal to the government to stop the persecution of Dafa practitioners. However, once there, she was arrested and imprisoned for seventy-two days. After being released and returning home, Ms. Jiang was subjected to constant harassment and personal threats, and was monitored and imprisoned by the local National Security Team and Public Security Bureaus. Suffering from the long-term terror and constant persecution, Ms. Jiang Yongzhen passed away on September 29th, 2006, at 69 years of age. -
Ms. Li Guiqin Dies in Police Custody after Large Scale Arrests in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province
2006-11-24In August 2006, police from the Zhengyang Station in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province rounded up and arrested Falun Dafa practitioners on a large scale. On September 4th, Ms. Li Guqin was arrested when going to a fellow practitioner's house. On the afternoon of the same day, police ransacked her house and arrested her husband. They tortured the couple at the station. On September 9th, 2006, the policemen continued to torture Ms. Li Guiqin and tried to force her to give out other practitioners' names. She refused to cooperate, and she died after falling from the third floor. This is the second death caused by policemen from the Zhengyang Station within a year. -
Mr. Wang Zhenguo in Hubei Province Dies at 62 As a Result of Persecution; His Letter Exposes How Jiangti Police Station Officers Mistreated Him
2006-11-24Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Zhenguo died in October 2006 as a result of the persecution. His family members found a letter that he had written exposing what he had been subjected to at the Jiangti Police Station in Wuhan City. The letter is evidence of how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners. -
Five Elderly Dafa Practitioners Passed Away As a Result of Persecution
2006-11-24Ms. Fu Qingping, 69, lived in Wuhan City and was a steadfast Dafa practitioner. She was imprisoned at the infamous Taojialing Brainwashing Centre many times for distributing leaflets exposing the persecution. After returning home, agents from the local police station and from the residential committee often harassed, threatened, and monitored Ms. Fu over a long period of time. Ms. Fu's two sons are both police officers. They believed the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) lies and stopped Ms. Fu from contacting fellow practitioners. Ms. Fu suffered greatly. Her old illnesses returned and she lost the ability to take care of herself. Ms. Fu died on October 19th, 2006. -
The Most Evil Dark Dens in Mainland China that Persecute Falun Dafa Practitioners
2006-11-22Based on information and materials collected by the Clearwisdom website, we are publishing a partial list of the most evil dark dens in 30 provinces that persecute Dafa practitioners in Mainland China. In Jilin Province alone there are 20 camps that torture and kill practitioners and Heilongjiang Province accounts for 18 jails and forced labour camps that use the most despicable methods to force practitioners to renounce their belief in Falun Dafa. -
Additional Information on the Deaths of Two Falun Gong Practitioners from Jiangxi Province and Tianjin City
2006-11-22Mr. Wang Zengcheng was the deputy director of the Hangu District Science and Technology Commission. During his detention in the Qingbowa Forced Labour Camp, he refused to give up his belief in Falun Dafa. The guards shocked him with five or six electric batons simultaneously until he was near death. Mr. Wang was subsequently severely tortured to death around December 11th, 2003 in the labour camp. -
More Information on the Death of Practitioner Mr. Zhang Zhong of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province
2006-11-21On August 10th, 2006, nineteen Dafa practitioners were arrested, detained and persecuted in Nangang Detention Centre by various parties, including officers of the Harbin police. A few days later, one of the detainees, Zhang Zhong, was tortured to the brink of death and later sent to Harbin Police Hospital for further "treatment." He died in October as a result. On receiving the news, Zhang's aged father travelled to Harbin Hospital and requested to see his son's body. However, his request was rejected with the excuse that the hospital would first examine the body and then contact the family. -
Four Practitioners in Beijing and in the Provinces of Hebei, Shandong, and Hunan Die as the Result of Persecution
2006-11-21After July 20th, 1999, Ms. Xu Jinxia, 45, told people, with her personal story, about how wonderful Falun Dafa is, and she went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa. She was detained in the Chongwen District Detention Centre. She was constantly harassed upon returning home. She was taken to a brainwashing centre in the summer of 2003 and detained later as well. From the mental and physical torture she went through during multiple detentions, she suffered a nervous breakdown and died on May 1st, 2006. -
Search Continues for Practitioner Yang Xuehua, Possibly Killed in Police Custody – Practitioner Wang Yuan Suffering Greatly after 37 Days of Hunger Strike in Detention
2006-11-20On October 17th, 2006, Yang Xuehua's family members once again went to the National Security Group and the detention centre to ask for a visit, but the detention centre denied that Yang Xuehua was there. On September 22nd, an inside source revealed that Yang Xuehua had been tortured so severely that he became incontinent, yet he was still force-fed.Yang Xuehua was dead after less than one month in police custody. The perpetrators created an atmosphere of terror everywhere to try to cover their crimes.
