Fadu held her father’s photo in her arms and walked toward a Swiss policeman saying, “Uncle Policeman, this is my father.” Looking at her cute and innocent face, as well as the photo in her arms, the policeman nodded his head. When making eye contact with Fadu, the policeman suddenly came to realise the brutality of this persecution. At that moment, silence spoke louder than words. -

After they practised the exercises in the afternoon sun, practitioners distributed leaflets and explained the truth about the persecution to the visitors in Heaton Park. Many visitors wanted to know the truth; one visitor from Sunderland advised the practitioners to start a new practice site in the area. -

Some tourists from China also said that Falun Gong is good and dared to speak up for Falun Gong when someone in their travel group had opposing opinions. -

UK: Revealing the Facts of the Persecution in Leicester on International Women’s Day
2003-03-10As we came down from the stage, the MP thanked us and said she had found our exercise demonstration very interesting. We then went to the media room and asked if we could talk to the reporter from a local radio station. Although the radio reporter had a full schedule of people to interview, I was given an interview. The presenter was very sympathetic to Falun Gong and disturbed by the persecution. I was able to talk about the female family members of UK practitioners who are being persecuted in China.
