  "I was sent to the Dabei Women's Prison of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province in 2003. On the day of my arrival I received inhumane treatment. The prison guard ordered prisoners to threaten me and violently stripped off all of my clothes. They tore the bedding that I had brought into pieces and stole everything I had with me, including several hundred Yuan. I was given only one blanket, a washbasin and two handbags. I was offered no food all day."

  Torture Method 15 - Burying alive: This method is so heinous that they have to do it at night so that no one will see their crimes. Over half a dozen police officers drag a practitioner to an open rural area. They start a fire for light. Then they dig a hole and push the Falun Gong practitioner into the pit. They shine flashlights directly into the practitioner's eyes so that he cannot see them. They bury the practitioner up to his chest. • Dafa Practitioner Ms. Jing Shuhua from Jilin Province Dies as a Result of Persecution

  Dafa practitioner Jing Shuhua was a 56-year-old lady from Yanji City, Jilin Province. On the morning of April 29, 2004, the police ransacked her home and took her away. After her arrest, the police would not allow her family members to visit her. Even when later her family heard she had a relapse of her heart problem and wanted to send in some medicine and clothes, the police still refused to let the family see her, nor did they give the medicine to her. On May 25, Jing Shuhua was released but she was already on the verge of death. Jing Shuhua passed away early on the morning of May 27.

  Dafa practitioner Qiu Liying from Shijiazhuang city has been on a hunger strike for over 40 days to protest her illegal detention. Her breathing and pulse have become very weak.   Mr. Zhang Liang is about 30 years old and a native of Shandong Province. On the evening of April 24, 2004, he was arrested by Weifang City police and agents from the National Security Agency. He is now detained at Hanting District Detention Centre. Later, the Hanting police issued a formal arrest warrant. It was some time before Falun Gong practitioners learned of his death because the news was blocked and a report was released saying that Zhao Guoan had been sent home because he was sick . According to two prisoners, Zhao Guoan was tied to a chair with his hands behind is back and his feet bound for three days. Two days later, the two prisoners said that he had been sent home. We never saw Zhao Guoan again after he was dragged out the workshop.

• Dafa Practitioners Mr. Xiao Huisheng and Mr. Xiao Zhiqiang Brutally Tortured for Refusing to Do Slave Labour at Prison in Hunan Province

  Mr. Xiao Huisheng from Hengyang City, Hunan Province is a doctor in his 20s. He was arrested and sent to Chishan Prison in Hunan Province at the end of 2001. He was ordered to do slave labour but protested at the unjust conditions and refused. Another practitioner named Xiao Zhiqiang, in his 60s, was also ordered to do hard labour and refused. Criminals then hung up Xiao Huisheng and Xiao Zhiqiang by handcuffs from basketball supports, with their feet barely touching the ground. They were also beaten by criminals for over 10 days.
