UK: Falun Dafa in the Scenic City of Durham

In a small square in Durham city centre, we set up a stall with Falun Dafa booklets, flyers and video-Cd's, and we displayed some large posters about the practise and the persecution practitioners have endured in China. -
UK: Promoting Falun Dafa in the North of England

The city’s newspaper came to talk to practitioners and take some photos for a report about Falun Dafa and the activities that day. They were closely followed by the Sheriff who told practitioners her experience of seeing the persecutory tactics of police on Tiananmen Square during a holiday in China. -
Germany: Falun Gong Presentation at the 5th Women’s Political Advisory Meeting in the University in Dusseldorf

Between 2,00 and 3,000 people participated in this conference. They joined in an exercise demonstration and then a practitioner outlined the support Dafa has received from the United Nations, European Union, United States Congress and other governments. The attendees were totally silent whilst practitioners portrayed the persecution, particularly focusing on the persecution against women. -

Ireland: Clarifying the Truth at a Human Rights meeting in Galway University
2002-11-15At the meeting, Zhao Ming spoke to about 50 students in total, including 5 students from the Irish Human Rights Centre. The speech itself lasted for about half an hour, after which a video was shown and then there were many questions answered. In total, the event lasted for one and a half hours. After which, all of the students stood up and warmly applauded. -
Switzerland: The Falun Gong Booth is Very Popular at the Fribourg Health Expo

After the expo, the judging committee appraised the Falun Gong information booth as “the most visited booth with most peaceful atmosphere.” The sponsors gladly told Falun Gong practitioners: Welcome you back next year! -

Switzerland: Falun Dafa Information Booth in Berne – Telling People the Facts about the Persecution in China

It really was a wonderful day, considering the good weather, which made the location of the booth even more pleasant and ideal. We were not assigned a place, as we usually were, in the shopping centre, but at the hub of the bus and tram stations. That way, many people saw us performing the exercises and readily accepted a flyer. -

Austria: Practitioners Meet Chancellor during Election Campaign and Tell Him About Falun Gong
2002-11-05Spontaneously, the Chancellor walked towards a practitioner, shook her hand and inquired about the Falun Gong information materials folder that she had previously been holding. His assistant informed him that he is already in possession of the folder. The Chancellor smiled. -

Netherlands: Teaching Falun Gong at a Large Student workshop
2002-11-05While a practitioner demonstrated and explained the exercises, another practitioner corrected the movements of the students. Afterwards, the practitioners received a lot of positive reactions. All the students found it to be a very special experience and a good workshop. -
A Swedish Practitioner Speaks at a City Councillor meeting in Houston After the Chinese Dictator's Visit
2002-11-05After hearing the speech, the Houston city councillors announced that in the next week they would issue a proclamation of their support of Falun Gong, calling for an end of the persecution in China. The city secretary said that Houston is proud of being the first city where Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Gong, held a lecture on Falun Gong in America. -
Scotland: Clarifying the Truth to Teachers in Glasgow
2002-11-04many of the teachers were teaching the persecution of Falun Gong as part of China studies included in the Modern Studies curriculum at Higher level (equivalent to A level). The teachers were extremely happy that there was information for them to take away with them, and one said,” you’ve saved our lives!" -
Sweden: Practitioners Promote Dafa Despite a Heavy Snowfall

Despite the heavy snow, people were attracted to the energy field of Dafa practitioners. They read every display board thoroughly. A lady learned the exercises on the spot with great interest, even though the weather was very cold.
