The policemen at his local police station followed him to Heilongjiang Province, abducted him, and sent him to forced labour education at the Xidayingzi Forced Labour Camp of Chaoyang. Ms. Meng was left at home with her older son, who has dementia, and her grandson. She cooks and works in the farm field. Under such mental and physical trauma, the elderly woman became bedridden with illness, but there was no one to take care of her. She died before she could see her son and daughter-in-law again. -
Guards at the Chaoyangguo Forced Labour Camp Torture and Severely Injure Falun Dafa Practitioners
2003-07-05There was blood and wounds all over their bodies. One of Li Min's ribs was broken, and he could not move or sleep for many days afterward. When Li recovered a little, the guards ordered the inmates to watch him and allow him to sleep only three hours every day, that is, from 12:00 am to 3:00 am. By 3:00 am, Li was forced to sit on the floor. He was also forced to do hard labour. -

2003-07-04On the evening of May 13, in a room at the detention centre, the police ordered two female inmates to strip off all of Wei's clothes. She cried out, "You have no right to treat me this way!" Then, a uniformed policeman entered, pushed Wei to the ground and raped her in front of the two other inmates. Wei Xingyan sternly warned the policeman, "I have noted your police badge number. You won't get away with this." After the assault, Wei started a hunger strike to protest. The police conducted force-feedings, injuring her trachea and oesophagus, which left her unable to speak. -

2003-07-01Policeman Shen Tao of the Laixi City National Security Section, together with members of the Yuanshang Town Police Station, took Shi Hongjie from his home. The police also searched his house and confiscated many items he owned, including all of his Falun Dafa books and literature. Shi Hongjie was locked in an iron cage for a day and a night by the officers of the Yuanshang Police Station. Then, he was sent to Laixi Prison. Policeman Shen Tao took all the money from Shi's pockets. -

Some practitioners were dragged to a secluded area where they were brutally beaten by those criminals, which caused these healthy and strong practitioners to lose consciousness. Li Qi also forced some Dafa practitioners to face the wall, standing from 5:30 a.m. until 2 or 3 o'clock the next the morning. They did not even spare 60-year-old ladies. The practitioners had to stand there until she was satisfied. -

2003-06-30Sun Yaoting was beaten to the point of disability and could not get up. She was hospitalised for several days. However, later, with boards hanging from their necks and hands bound behind them, they were escorted onto trucks to be paraded through the streets of every village in the township against their will. The officials also posted malicious slogans everywhere, such as shamelessly writing: "Make Those Who Practise Falun Gong Live in Poverty, Break up Their Families and Make Them Become Homeless."
