Facts That Expose the Atrocities at Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Xiulan is 69 years old. She has been imprisoned in the women's prison since July 18, 2002. Ms. Wang Xiulan was first put in the concentration training team, where several guards and prisoners stripped her naked, and made her squat 5 times for inspection and humiliation. The authorities tried to force her and other practitioners to be "reformed" i.e to write statements renouncing Falun Dafa, against their will. Since she refused she was subjected to a vicious beating. -
9 and 18 Year Olds Detained for Requesting Release of their Father from Detention Centre

An18 year old girl and her young brother have been detained in a homeless shelter because they went to the detention centre, where their Falun Gong practitioner father had been imprisoned, to plead for his release. Their mother is also incarcerated in a forced labour camp. -
Six-year-old Girl Longs to Be Reunited with Her Parents
2005-02-09Gao Xinhui was born on January 21, 1999. Both of her parents and some of her relatives are Falun Gong practitioners. After the persecution of Falun Gong began in July 1999, her parents and relatives have been constantly persecuted. Both his mother and father. Jilin Province Police Open Fire on Practitioners
2005-02-09Yitong County is less than thirty miles from Changchun, the capital of Jilin Province. At midnight, Liu Wen and three other practitioners tried to escape from a brainwashing class, where they were detained, by climbing over a wall. Malicious guards opened fire on them. Fortunately, the four hid in a corner and fled unscathed. The guards said to one another "The practitioners must have been shot dead." The guards then returned to the brainwashing class without checking how severely the practitioners were injured. They have no humanity and carelessly dismissed a possible killing. -
Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Wang Shuquan Died As A Result of Persecution in 2003

Mr. Wang Shuquan was a Falun Dafa practitioner from Liaoning Province. In June of 2002, police from Shuangta District State Security Team repeatedly harassed and tried to arrest him. He eventually became destitute and was forced to leave his home to avoid being arrested. He was severely injured both mentally and physically during this time period and died on March 9, 2003. -

Some people arrived the labour camp with full heads of black hair and had it all turn grey in a single year showing how heavyhearted they have become. The methods used in the forced labour camp are claiming to "educate, transform and save" people. Their so-called "transformation" turns good people to bad people and destroys their will and spirit. -
Ms. Yin Liping, Who Was Sexually Abused In a Male Cell, Is Again Imprisoned In Masanjia Forced Labour Camp
2005-02-08Ms. Yin Liping, 37, was one of the 18 female Dafa practitioners who were thrown into a cell full of male prisoners several years ago. In October 2004, she was imprisoned once again in the Masanjia Forced Labour Camp. She had already been thrown into a male cell in another labour camp, where she was stripped naked. The prison guards used electric batons to shock her nipples, genitals, and other sensitive body parts. Even now there is still a bone bulge on her face. -
Chongqing Forced Labour Camp Incites Inmates to Brutally Torture Falun Dafa Practitioners Inside Secret Rooms
2005-02-08When the "forced transformation" began at the Chongqing Xishanping Forced Labour Camp Education team (forced brainwashing transformation group), the guards called out a practitioner's name, and he was grabbed by four heavily-built men from the execution team. His head was held down, both of his hands were placed on his back, and he was carried away with force to the execution team. It was done so violently that even the prisoners there found it disturbing to watch. -
Two Elderly Practitioners from Jilin Province Die from Harassment by Police
2005-02-07Ms. Dai Shufen was a Falun Gong practitioner from Jilin Province. She had her home ransacked and was harassed by police. As a result of the harassment and pressure, Dai Shufen fell ill. She passed away on December 26, 2003, at the age of 63. Another practitioner, Ms. Wang Shanling, aged 68, was also harassed and the police ransacked her home. As a result she died on January 3, 2005. -
Nine Falun Dafa Practitioners in One Family Are Persecuted -- Eighty-Year-Old Grandmother Dies of Grief
2005-02-07Ms. Zhang Tongyan was 80 years old and lived in Hebei Province. Nine members of her family practise Falun Dafa. Her eldest son and youngest daughter are currently being held in labour camps. Her second and third sons were also detained by the authorities, and the third son was tortured to death in 2002. On February 19, 2004, the heartbroken Ms. Zhang passed away. -
Four Chongqing Practitioners Receive Heavy Sentences for Exposing Rape
2005-02-07Four Falun Gong practitioners were arrested for exposing the rape of Chongqing University student, Ms Wei Xingyan, by a policeman. One man received a sentence of 13 years of prison, while the other three practitioners received 7 years each. The so-called charge was "Utilizing an evil [slanderous word omitted] to hinder the enforcement of law." After the rape of Wei Xingyan was exposed over the Internet, the "610 Office" sealed all documents about her at Chongqing University. -
The Yantai Daily Fabricated a Report Attacking Falun Gong
2005-02-07"On August 11, 1999, the Yantai Daily, a newspaper in Yantai City, Shandong Province, published a report about me. The article was entitled, "Falun Gong is Merciless while the Party Committee is Merciful." There were many parts of the article that were inconsistent with the facts. First, the journalist who wrote the article had never interviewed me. I wonder how he came up with such a report about me." -
Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Zhang Baowang from Shaanxi Province Is Tortured to Death
2005-02-06Mr. Zhang Baowang was a Falun Dafa practitioner from Shaanxi Province. He was arrested by police and was sentenced to thirteen years in prison, because he exercised his Constitution rights of belief and freedom of speech. He was tortured inside the Provincial Prison until he could not walk and died on December 5, 2004. -
Belated Report: 77 Year Old Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Li Bingqian from Hebei Province Died in 2003 as a Result of Persecution
2005-02-0677 year old Mr. Li lived in Hebei Province. After the persecution started on July 20, 1999, the police ransacked his home many times, threatened him, and tried to force him many times to write statements "regretting" his taking up the practice of Falun Dafa. His children were detained, sentenced to labour camps, sent to brainwashing classes, and had huge amounts of money extorted from them. In January 2003, Mr. Li Bingqian passed away under the severe pressure of the persecution. -

That was the beginning of a long period of persecution, with the authorities, following the orders of Jiang Zemin with regard to Falun Gong practitioners, attempting to "defame my reputation, ruin me financially and destroy me physically". If it hadn't been for my strong faith in Truthfulness - Compassion - Tolerance, I would never have survived."
