Practitioner Wan Liji Dies as a Result of Persecution in Nanchang City; His Daughter Is Left without a Father

Falun Gong practitioner Mr Wan Liji, 34, died as a result of persecution, leaving behind his four-year-old daughter, who is now being cared for by her maternal grandmother. Liji used to be a member of the special police at the Nanchang Public Security Bureau and part of the Donghu Police Squad. He was mentally and physically persecuted for five years for practising Falun Dafa. He passed away on February 9, 2004. -
Ms. Hu Qinglan, a Practitioner in her Fifties from Gansu Province, Died from the Persecution in 2001
2004-11-04Ms. Hu Qinglan, in her fifties, was a practitioner from Gansu Province. She went to Beijing to appeal to higher authorities on behalf of Falun Gong. She was arrested and brutally tortured. During that time, the guards didn't allow her to drink water, even though she was forced to do hard labour under the scorching summer sun. When she was finally released in the middle of August 2000, she was extremely weak. She was hospitalized in March 2001 and died at the end of April 2001. -
Dafa Practitioner Ms. Liu Yanxiang Remains Unwavering Amid Horrific Torture and Atrocities
2004-11-0456 year old Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Yanxiang, was abducted by officers from the local police station in November 2002. The police took her to the Tangshan No. 1 Detention Centre, where she was detained for more than 100 days before she was illegally sentenced to a forced labour camp. In the forced labour camp the guards stripped Liu Yanxiang naked and nine deputies pushed her onto the floor. They used electric batons to shock her hands, feet and back simultaneously. Ms. Liu lost consciousness in a short amount of time due to the intensity of the torture. -
Current Situation of the Two Sons of Falun Dafa Practitioner Zang Dianlong, Who Died as a Result of Persecution
2004-11-04At the time of their father's death, Haoran was 14 and Haotong was 12. Later that day, on July 8, 2002, the boys were taken to Harbin City. Both of them were handcuffed. An official asked the police to interrogate them separately. After being detained in Harbin City for one month, the two boys were sent to Wanjia Labour Camp where they were held for another month. They were not released until they developed scabies all over their bodies. -

Their home belongs to Yang Xiaojie's work unit and is about to be demolished. Yang Wenjing and her grandparents are about to become homeless. -

Police Extract Confessions with Piercing Bar Torture Method

Torture method - Piercing bar: Victim's hands are tightly cuffed and feet are shackled. He is then forced to squat down and both arms embrace his knees. An iron bar is slid in above his arms and underneath the back of his knees. The police then lift the bar on which the victim is hung and put it on two desks. At this point, the victim is hanging upside down, with head facing the ceiling. -
Stories about 50 Year Old Chongqing Dafa Practitioner Ms. Tang Meijun, Who Was Relentlessly Persecuted to Death in 2003
2004-11-03On December 28, 2003, the forced labour camp informed Tang Meijun's family that they could come get her from the Army Hospital in Chongqing City. When her family saw her, she had been dead for two days, but she still looked as though she had firm and unshakable resolve in her belief in Falun Dafa. After suffering the cruel persecution and torture by Jiang Zemin's regime for over two years the Chongqing Falun Dafa practitioner was killed. Tang Meijun was just 50 years old. -

At 8:00am on the morning of September 19, 2001, she was transferred to Longcheng Police Office, where she was tortured to death the very same night. At the time of Yu Xiuling's death, her youngest daughter, Feng Lei, was only 2 years old. Husband Feng Dianxiang felt unable to look after both children at the same time, and sent his youngest daughter to live with his sister and her husband in Laoxigou Village, Damiao Town. -
The Brutal Means Used by Wanjia Forced Labour Camp to Torture Falun Dafa Practitioners

Torture method: The two arms are cuffed to the upper portions of two separated bunk beds. Then four people pull the two beds apart. This stretches the body of the person and results in horrible shrieks from pain as his internal organs are stressed. To prevent the victim from shouting out, guards seal the mouth with tape and then repeatedly pull the beds apart. -

He told her, "All Falun Gong practitioners are good people. Li Qiang is a righteous and kind man who has been temporarily detained here, like other practitioners, because of his beliefs, not because he is a bad person. If you make a wrong decision now and divorce him, it will be difficult for you to find for such a good man again and you will regret it." -
Hebei Province Falun Gong Practitioner Mr Cui Fengqi Dies as a Result of Persecution
2004-11-0240 year old Mr. Cui Fengqi became fit and healthy after he started practising Falun Gong in 1998. After the unjust suppression of Falun Gong began in July 1999, he continued to promote and clarify the truth about Falun Gong. He was detained at his workplace many times. He was later subjected to abuse by the Tangshan City Detention Centre, where he was seriously injured both physically and mentally. He was fired from his job, harassed and humiliated by police. Due to the physical and mental torture that he suffered, Mr. Cui passed away on October the 15th 2004. -
Torture and Harassment Led to Death of 49 Year Old Guangdong Province Falun Gong Practitioner Ms. Yang Mingxia
2004-11-02Ms. Yang Mingxia, 49 years old, was a Falun Gong practitioner from Guangdong Province. She was arrested and sent to the Sanshui Forced Labour Camp in Guangdong Province for three years of forced labour. She suffered from severe physical tortures and spiritual abuse in the labour camp. Ms. Yang was released in January 2004 and went home. She continued to be monitored, harassed and threatened. As a result, four months later, in May 2004, Ms. Yang Mingxia passed away.
