  • Germany: Letting Chinese Tourists in Frankfurt Know the Truth about Falun Gong

    Falun Gong practitioners held an event in Frankfurt to raise awareness about the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong in China among German people. Quite a few people learned the Falun Gong exercises after they heard the truth and a Chinese tourist quit the CCP on the spot. One Chinese tourist told Falun Gong practitioners that he knew how corrupt the CCP was, how acute the social conflict was in China and he said he also knew about the persecution of Falun Gong.
  • Radio France International: The European Parliament Has Urged Communist China to Immediately Release Human Rights Advocate Hu Jia

    "The European Parliament on January 17th passed a resolution urging Beijing to immediately release China human rights advocate Hu Jia and other Chinese political prisoners in custody. The resolution said that the thirty four year old Hu was famous for his braveness in giving a speech with regard to China's political and human rights issues. After his arrest On December 27th of last year, until now there is no sign to indicate he will be released ... "
  • Ireland: People Line Up in the Rain to Sign a Petition Calling for an End to the Persecution of Falun Gong

    On January 19th, 2008, Irish practitioners held an activity to gather signatures to support an end to the persecution of Faun Gong in China. Many Irish people lined up in the rain to sign the One Million Signature Campaign, which was launched by the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG) and to end the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong.
  • Germany: Chinese Tourists in Munich Sign to Quit the CCP

    On the 12th of January 2008, Munich welcomed large groups of Chinese people, mostly spectators of the China-Germany game. Seeing Falun Gong practitioners’ activities at Marienplatz, many took photos excitedly in front of banners urging to quit the CCP. A student praised practitioners aloud, “You are so brave!” Many Chinese read the exhibits carefully.

  • Radio France International: Chinese high ranking officials’ retribution is a warning to others

    Before July 20th, 1999, Luo Gan, head of Chinese Communist Party’s Central Political and Legal Committee colluded with other Chinese officials to take advantage of their power to unreasonably persecute Falun Gong practitioners believing in the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance in order to achieve promotion.

    Many Swedish Falun Gong practitioners learned about Falun Gong by participating in a Falun Gong class, which is different from other countries. On April 6th 1995, Mr. Li Hongzhi, founder of Falun Gong came to Sweden. He held five public lectures. However, Falun Gong practitioners from Sweden in Europe are different as the founder of Falun Dafa came to Sweden in 1995 and introduced the practice in person.
  • France: "The Persecution of Falun Gong Must End"

    As has become customary on Sundays in Paris, Falun Gong practitioners went to Human Rights Square near the Eiffel Tower to expose the Chinese Communist regime’s inhuman persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. They spoke to tourists from various countries around the world and distributed leaflets with information about Falun Gong and the persecution.
  • Finland: 'We Should Speak Out and Say ‘No’ to the CCP'

    In November, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners in Finland introduced Falun Dafa and exposed the persecution of Falun Gong in China to the Finnish people in Helsinki. Two practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises to peaceful, traditional-style Chinese music. Banners and posters depicting the persecution attracted the attention of shoppers and passersby and they came to practitioners' desk to sign the petition and express their support for the campaign against the persecution.
  • Ukraine: Falun Gong Practitioners Protest Peacefully at the Chinese Embassy

    In December 2007, Ukrainian practitioners held a protest at the Chinese Embassy, urging the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to stop its eight-year persecution of Falun Gong. Practitioners distributed leaflets and newspapers to inform people that, in China, Falun Gong practitioners have been illegally sent to labour camps and have even been tortured to death.
  • France: Divine Land Marching Band Touches People's Hearts

    On the 29th of December, the European Divine Land Marching Band paraded through the main streets and Chinese quarter of Paris, France, showing people the beauty of Falun Dafa. Others in the parade supported the wave of renouncements of CCP membership, which now total over 30 million. Nearly two hundred practitioners took part in the parade.
  • Germany: A New Term Begins at a German 'Minghui School'

    When the door of the Minghui School opened, the first thing I saw was a group of boys holding the book Zhuan Falun [the main text of Falun Dafa] and reading the opening passage, Lunyu. On the other side a group of girls folded paper lotus flowers, while some younger children were learning to recite poems from a collection by Master Li, entitled Hongyin.
  • United Kingdom: London Falun Gong Practitioners Speak out Together on World Human Rights Day

    Falun Gong practitioners from all over the UK went to the Chinese Embassy in London to hold a candle light vigil on World Human Rights Day. The solemn and peaceful protest clearly sent a message from all practitioners and supporters of Falun Gong: Stop persecuting Falun Gong.
  • Radio France International: Amnesty International says Lethal Injection in China is a Diversion from Human Rights Atrocities

    According to a Radio France International report on January 4th, 2008, Amnesty International condemned the Chinese Communist regime’s practice of using lethal injections instead of firing squads for executions before the 2008 Olympic Games. Amnesty said that it is simply an attempt to divert attention and it is not really intended as a revocation of the death penalty.
