Among the audience, the most noticeable were tourists and employees from participating companies from China. When they saw “Zhuan Falun” published with different colours in various languages, they all stared at the books with open eyes. Practitioners went to talk to them. -

The law requires the federal prosecutor to make a decision regarding four set stipulations. He did not mention that China violates international human rights conventions, nor did he mention that China does not sentence criminals fairly. Both Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch have pointed out that these illegal acts exist in China. -

During the two-day festival, practitioners had several opportunities to introduce Falun Gong on the main stage. Many members of the audience came to the Falun Dafa information booth. They praised the practitioners’ graceful performance and said that they had learned more about Falun Gong. Several people expressed an interest in learning the exercises. -

Almost 2000 flyers were distributed and nearly everyone who passed by the Friends of Falun Gong booth accepted one. During the concert, whilst the audience was listening to the music, people who worked at the concert hall, security guards, vendors etc, all came to find out more. -
UK: Promoting Dafa and Explaining the Facts at Cambridge University Freshers’ Fair

Practitioners performed the five sets of Falun Dafa exercises, and distributed materials so that new students could learn more about the brutal persecution that is happening in China. Practitioners handed out around 3,000 English flyers. More than 100 Chinese Vdoe-CDs were handed out in one day. -

People were surprised and could not quite understand why Falun Dafa is being persecuted. They expressed sympathy for the practitioners who are still being persecuted in China and immediately signed a petition to end this persecution. Falun Gong practitioners staged a public trial of criminal Jiang Zemin. A journalist from Angers came to interview practitioners and participated in the entire trial of Jiang in the court of morality and justice. Lots of people watched the activity. During the trial, people could hear Chinese people laughing at the cartoon drawings of Jiang. This shows that Chinese people do not respect Jiang. -
UK: Spreading Dafa to Officials of the current Ruling Party
2003-10-11After accepting a flyer, one person said, “I saw you standing here distributing flyers in the rain, I think it must be very important, so I’ll look through it thoroughly.” Another person saw a practitioner wearing clothes reading “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance” in both Chinese and English. He stopped his bicycle to ask for a flyer. -

2003-10-11'A Chinese businessman who is also a resident of Denmark has accused the Chinese embassy of destroying his business enterprise because he is a practitioner of Falun Gong...The Danish People’s Party spokesman on foreign policy, Peter Skaarup, is outraged at the case and is now requesting the Foreign Minister Stig Møller to investigate whether China and their embassy in Denmark have persecuted the Chinese businessman.' -
Belgium: Press Conference about Genocide Lawsuit against Jiang
2003-10-10On 9th October, world-renowned human rights lawyer Mr Georges-Henri Beauthier and the Belgian Falun Dafa Association held a press conference regarding the decision made by the state prosecutor over a lawsuit filed against the Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin. Important media organisations were invited to the conference. A representative from the Belgian Falun Dafa Association made a statement in the conference and expressed their determination: "We will continue to provide proof of the genocide against Falun Dafa."
