The law requires the federal prosecutor to make a decision regarding four set stipulations. He did not mention that China violates international human rights conventions, nor did he mention that China does not sentence criminals fairly. Both Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch have pointed out that these illegal acts exist in China. -

Practitioners performed the five sets of Falun Dafa exercises, and distributed materials so that new students could learn more about the brutal persecution that is happening in China. Practitioners handed out around 3,000 English flyers. More than 100 Chinese Vdoe-CDs were handed out in one day. -

Falun Gong practitioners staged a public trial of criminal Jiang Zemin. A journalist from Angers came to interview practitioners and participated in the entire trial of Jiang in the court of morality and justice. Lots of people watched the activity. During the trial, people could hear Chinese people laughing at the cartoon drawings of Jiang. This shows that Chinese people do not respect Jiang. -

'A Chinese businessman who is also a resident of Denmark has accused the Chinese embassy of destroying his business enterprise because he is a practitioner of Falun Gong...The Danish Peoples Party spokesman on foreign policy, Peter Skaarup, is outraged at the case and is now requesting the Foreign Minister Stig Møller to investigate whether China and their embassy in Denmark have persecuted the Chinese businessman.' -

On 9th October, world-renowned human rights lawyer Mr Georges-Henri Beauthier and the Belgian Falun Dafa Association held a press conference regarding the decision made by the state prosecutor over a lawsuit filed against the Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin. Important media organisations were invited to the conference. A representative from the Belgian Falun Dafa Association made a statement in the conference and expressed their determination: "We will continue to provide proof of the genocide against Falun Dafa."
