Ms. Zhao Dewen Suffers Agonising Death at the Hands of Police and Drug Addicts in the Tianjin Women's Forced Labour Camp in 2003

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhao Dewen was 52 years old. The police incited drug addicts to use violent sexual assault on her, which caused Zhao to bleed profusely. Zhao Dewen suffered extreme pain. She was persecuted to death on June 3rd, 2003. In order to cover up the truth of this event, the forced labour camp sent a notice to Zhao Dewen's home saying she committed suicide. The police even fabricated the suicide scene. When her family helped to change her clothing, they found a big hole under her arm was still bleeding. Her back was black. Her private part was still bleeding. -
Ms. Tan Xiufen Died from Jumping off a Building After Being Tortured to Mental Instability
2006-05-07Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Tan Xiufen was 44, and a teacher. On September 28th, 2005, policemen stormed into the campus, ransacked her home, and arrested and detained her in the County Detention Centre. In mid February 2006, she was sent to the Tiandong County Hospital. She was dying, very thin, and had an unsteady mind. She could not talk at the time. She had totally lost the ability to take care of herself. On March 27th, 2006, she jumped from the fifth floor of her apartment building, and died on March 28th, 2006. -
Older Practitioner Ms Sun Suzhen Persecuted to Death in Liaoning Province Women's Prison in 2005
2006-05-0655-year-old Sun Suzhen, lived in Liaoning Province. She was sentenced to five years imprisonment in 2003 and sent to the Liaoning Provincial Woman's Prison. During her years in prison, nobody ever visited Ms. Sun or sent her any money. The jail guards didn't allow anyone to help her out, and for toilet paper she was reduced to using used tissue. Owing to the long-term persecution, Ms. Sun's health sharply deteriorated, and she couldn't complete the overloaded work quota assigned by the prison authorities. Guards frequently tried to force her to finish the quota by using electric baton shocks or by making her squat down. Criminal inmates also beat her. Under intense physical and psychological pressure, Ms. Sun Suzhen passed away on March 25th, 2005. -
Brutal Cases of Persecution in Helongjiang Province
2006-05-06Ning Jun was an over 50-year-old practitioner. He had been detained in a detention centre, in brainwashing classes and a forced labour camp for persisting in Falun Dafa cultivation and for exposing the persecution. Ning Jun developed scabies. Moreover, he suffered from additional brutal tortures. The police often shocked him with electric batons. He also suffered a torture called "sitting in an airplane," where his hands were handcuffed behind his back and one end of a rope that was tied to the handcuff was pulled up so high that he would hang in the air. This torture is excruciating. Ning Jun was sent to the Mudanjiang Prison before the 2004 Chinese New Year. In September 2004, his condition became critical. Mr. Ning died on August 12th, 2005. -
Four Falun Dafa Practitioners in Hubei Province Die as a Result of Persecution
2006-05-05In August 2001 Mr. Li Zhijia, 49, was distributing materials exposing the persecution and was arrested and sentenced to the Shayang Forced Labour Camp for a year after he was reported to the police. During his forced labour term, he was severely persecuted. He developed stomach disease, which steadily worsened. After he was released, Li Zhijia was forcibly taken to a brainwashing centre. The guards in the centre continuously harassed him which caused his stomach disease to deteriorate further. Mr. Li passed away on March 3rd, 2006. -
Two Practitioners from Hebei and Hubei Provinces Die from Persecution
2006-05-0555-year-old Ms. Pang Xiurong, was a practitioner from Hubei Province. She began Falun Dafa practice in 1997 and became healthy both in body and mind. She was detained for exposing the persecution of Falun Dafa after July 20th, 1999. Thereafter, officers from the 610 Office monitored her. Her family members, who did not understand about Falun Dafa, also put pressure on her. She suffered a great deal both physically and emotionally. She died on May 23rd, 2005. -
60-Year-Old Ms. Li Gaizhen Persecuted to Death
2006-05-04Ms. Li Gaizhen, 60 years old, was a Falun Dafa practitioner from Hebei Province. Officials from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) have persecuted her many times. Police arrested and beat her, stripped her of all her clothes on a cold and snowy day and poured cold water over her. After being sentenced to 3 years in a forced labour camp, where she was brutally tortured, Ms. Li died on April 6th, 2006. -
Mr. Lu Mengxin Dies From Torture Sustained in Wanjia Forced Labour Camp
2006-05-03Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Lu Mengxin was 42-years-old and was a lecturer employed by the Northeast Forestry University. He went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa on October 10th, 1999, and was arrested. He was detained for 16 months and sentenced to three years in prison. Mr. Lu was beaten and had his food taken by other inmates. He was as thin as a skeleton due to starvation. Mr. Lu Mengxin was arrested again early on April 3rd, 2005 and detained. On February 27th, 2006, Lu Mengxin died from multi-organ failure as a result of torture in the Wanjia Forced Labour Camp -
Atrocities Perpetrated in Langfang City: Cao Baoyu Persecuted to Death; Yang Jianpo in Critical Condition
2006-05-03On April 27th, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Cao Baoyu, 56, was persecuted to death at Guangyang District People's Hospital in Langfang City. At the same time, Dafa practitioner Yang Jianpo remains in critical condition from the persecution. On April 19th their family members went to the hospital and spoke to Director Liu of Guangyang District Governor Office. The family members said, "They did not kill anyone or set fire to anything, why should they be treated like this?" Liu answered: "I can't tell you. If you killed or set something on fire, you may actually be excused. Practising Falun Gong is more serious than killing or setting fires." -
On the Anniversary of His Death, More Information About the Persecution of Mr. Cheng Xueshan

Mr. Cheng Xueshan was arrested when he was distributing leaflets exposing the persecution on April 5th, 2005. In only one week, a once healthy person, Mr. Cheng Xueshan became a handful of ash. Nothing else was left. He did not even get a chance to see his family a final time. Mr. Cheng's wife was very upset. "This is too ruthless. Such a healthy person was beaten to death in only a few days." When his son held his father's head in the morgue Mr Cheng's eyes half-opened and then closed. His son cried out that his father was not dead! But the family were dragged out of the morgue. -
Persecution-Related Deaths of 14 More Practitioners Verified in March 2006
2006-05-02The genocidal persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP has continued for close to seven years. The regime has brutally tortured Falun Gong practitioners to death and also imposed tight restrictions on information related to the persecution. Young Medical Doctor Du Juan Died as a Result of Torture Suffered in Chongqing Women's Labour Camp

Ms. Du Juan was a medical doctor in Chongqing City. After four years and six months of torture suffered at the labour camp, her spleen, lungs and liver were all badly damaged. Only then did the police agree to release her. After Ms. Du returned home, the local police still frequently harassed and monitored her. She was forced to leave home. Du Juan passed away on April 14th, 2006 at the age of 29. -
How Six Older People Died as a Result of the Persecution in Henan, Sichuan, Shandong and Liaoning Provinces
2006-04-2974-year-old Ms. Jiang Yu Xiu was cured of many illnesses after starting Falun Gong. In 2000 she went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong, and was arrested by the police and taken back by local police from her area. She was released after paying a deposit. A year later, when police came to return her deposit, they forced her to "reform" [renounce Falun Gong] although she had already declared in solemn statements that her prior words and deeds under forced "reform" were null and void. Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials frequently harassed her family. She passed away in March 2006. -
Three Practitioners from Jiangsu, Hebei, and Jilin Provinces Died Due to Persecution
2006-04-26Mr. Jia Wencheng, 60 years old, was a practitioner from Hebei Province. He continued to appeal for Falun Dafa even after the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began to persecute Falun Gong. At the end of 2000, he was arrested by policemen and sent to a detention centre. He was tortured by guards and prisoners until he could not eat or walk. A doctor diagnosed symptoms of heart disease, high blood pressure, phlebitis, and diabetes. The hospital did not accept him for treatment, so his family members took him home. After being persecuted for so long, he died on January 30th, 2006. -

2006-04-25"Since March 2006, the secret Sujiatun death camp run by agents of the CCP was exposed, and the whole world was shocked. Since 2001, Thousands of practitioners were held at this camp.
