  • France: Promoting Falun Dafa during the Experience Sharing Conference in Paris

    During the 2004 French Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference, Dafa practitioners organised a series of activities including an appeal at the Chinese Embassy and activities to raise awareness about the persecution at the Eiffel Tower. The 2004 French Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference was on October the 31st.
  • Germany: Exposing the Persecution during Cham Falun Dafa Day

    Visitors had a comprehensive understanding of what Falun Gong is and the persecution of Falun Gong happening in China from the picture exhibition. Nearly all visitors signed the petition and supported bringing the instigator of the persecution Jiang Zemin to justice. The reporters who came to report on this event also signed and expressed their support for Falun Gong.
  • Ireland: Widespread Media Coverage as Irish Practitioners File a Criminal Complaint Against Huang Ju for Crimes of Torture

    During Vice Premier of China Huang Ju’s visit to Ireland, Irish Falun Gong practitioners filed a criminal complaint against him for conspiring to commit torture. Over two days, news of the complaint was carried by all the major media organisations and the persecution of Falun Gong in China became the focus of the Irish news. While the legal case was developing, the main group of Falun Gong practitioners peacefully appealed outside venues where Huang Ju met Irish officials.
  • EFGIC: Chinese Agents Lead Beating of Falun Gong during President Hu’s Argentina Visit

    LONDON [EFGIC] – Over thirty Chinese men who appeared to be working with Argentina’s Chinese Embassy beat Falun Gong practitioners and tore their banners with knives Tuesday. The beating took place outside the Hilton Hotel where Chinese President Hu Jintao and his delegation were visiting. Upon arriving in Argentina, witnesses say Hu was clearly seen reading the Chinese banners from his car. The banners did not criticize Hu, but rather called for former president Jiang Zemin and three of his associates to be brought to justice for persecuting Falun Gong in China.
  • Belgium: Appealing to Bring Jiang, Luo, Liu and Zhou to Justice

    Practitioners from Belgium went to the Chinese Embassy and appealed to bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to justice. This appeal was also to express support for the lawsuit in Zambia against Su Rong, who is wanted by Zambian authorities for failing to appear in court after being charged with the murder of Falun Gong practitioners.
  • EFGIC: Zambian Court Issues Arrest Warrant for High-ranking Chinese Communist Party Official

    LONDON [EFGIC] – The High Court of Zambia issued an official arrest warrant and dispatched police to search for a Chinese official held in contempt of court after being charged with the murder of Falun Gong practitioners. Su Rong, the former head of Jilin Province’s “6-10 Office” and current Gansu Province Communist Party Secretary, was part of a Chinese delegation that was travelling to several African nations. Upon his arrival in Zambia on November 4, individual plaintiffs filed a civil lawsuit charging him with accounts of murder, torture, and degrading treatment of Falun Gong practitioners.

    On Saturday the 13th and Sunday the 14th of November 20004, Falun Dafa practitioners from England and Scotland gathered in Newcastle and Sunderland to inform people about the persecution of Falun Dafa in China and to help them find out more about the practice. Over the two days nearly 800 signatures were collected.

    On the afternoon of the 14th of November 2004, Falun Gong practitioners from Sweden and Denmark gathered outside the Chinese Embassy in Denmark to appeal to stop the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China and bring the head criminal Jiang Zemin and his main followers Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to justice.

    Italian Falun Gong practitioners go to the Roman Arena every Sunday to let people know more about Falun Gong and the brutal persecution taking place in China. Lots of tourists from Mainland China visit the arena every day. People all over the world are now calling for the main criminals in the genocide against Falun Gong to be held responsible for their crimes in a court of law.
  • Ireland: Vice Premier Huang Ju Under Investigation by Gardai for Conspiracy to Commit Torture

    The Deputy Commissioner of the Gardai has ordered a criminal investigation of visiting Chinese Vice Premier Huang Ju following a complaint made of conspiracy to commit torture with regard to Falun Gong practitioners. The plaintiffs, claim that the Vice Premier has rigorously followed former Chairman Jiang Zemin in his campaign to eradicate Falun Gong and in doing so has violated international and Irish law specifically.

    The Garda Commissioner has been asked to investigate allegations against the Chinese Premier that he has been implicated in torture by Falun Gong practitioners, write Daniel McConnell and Carol Coulter. Lawyers for five members of the group living in Ireland asked the Garda Commissioner at the weekend to investigate and arrest Mr Huang Ju , who is on a three-day official visit to Ireland, and discussions were still taking place between the lawyers and the Commissioner last night. Diplomatic immunity does not apply to allegations of torture. It is understood that late last night lawyers representing the Chinese group were also considering other avenues of pursuing their objective of having Mr Ju arrested.'
  • United Kingdom: Support for Bringing Jiang Zemin to Justice in Sheffield City Centre

    After learning the truth of the persecution, people signed their names on a petition form to “Bring Jiang Zemin to Justice”. The former leader of China is the main instigator of the persecution against Falun Gong, so people were keen to support bringing him to justice in a court of law and holding him responsible for his crimes against humanity.

    On October the 23rd and 24th, the 2004 “Earth Day” activities were organised in Cham Town Hall. Local practitioners took part in this activity by demonstrating the Falun Gong exercises and distributing information to people about the campaign of genocide being waged against Falun Gong in China.

They asked what Falun Gong is, why Falun Gong practitioners are being persecuted in China and where they can learn the Falun Gong exercises. The occupant of the stall opposite couldn’t wait to ask us what Falun Gong was even before we finished setting up our stall. He made time to learn the exercises.

    “We are now on Marienplatz in Munich city centre. As everyone may know, there are almost one hundred million people practising Falun Gong in China, but they have been brutally persecuted. We are here to expose to everyone that in over a thousand labour reformation centres established to persecute Falun Gong practitioners in China, eight and a half million people are being persecuted to different extents; many people suffer agonising torture or beatings, and over a thousand people have been persecuted to death."
