Jilin City National Security Police Persecuted Practitioner Ms. Wang Yin

In May 2005, the Jilin City National Security Police sent people to Ms. Wang Yin's workplace, Jilin City Radiation Chemical Industries, to investigate her activities and arrested her. Ms. Wang was sent to Changchun and detained at a secret detention centre under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province National Security. She was detained for more than a month. Everyday she had to wear handcuffs and foot shackles; she was often forced to sit on a chair for a long time during the day. At night, she had to sleep on two chairs, because there was not enough space to lie down stretched out. -
Practitioner Mr. Zhao Xifa Suffers Oedema after Four Months Detention at Laixi Prison
2006-06-25On February 17th, 2006, police officers arrested him and ransacked his home, seizing Falun Dafa books and materials. On June 1st, 2006, Mr. Zhao’s wife received a call from a relative. The police said that Zhao Xifa was ill, and they wanted money to pay the medical bills. Under the surveillance of several police, Mr. Zhao Xifa was finally taken to the Laixi City People’s Hospital for an examination. At that time, Mr. Zhao’s wife saw that his face and other parts of his body, from his legs to his abdomen, were all swollen. -
My Experiences at the Tianjin City Women's Forced Labour Camp
2006-06-25The Tianjin City Women's Forced Labour Camp is a hell on earth. Before the No. 5 Division was enlarged, many Falun Gong practitioners were cruelly persecuted there. During the autumn and winter seasons, the cells are very cold and damp. A new detainee is often so frightened that she cannot fall asleep at night. There were heaters in the cells, but they were never allowed to be turned on unless outside visitors or government officials came to inspect the camp. Instead, only the stove in each cell was allowed to burn a small amount of coal. The camp didn’t give any wood for lighting a fire, so the practitioners had to use their wooden stools instead. -
Criminal Records of Police Officers in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province
2006-06-25Physical abuse is commonplace for Dafa practitioners at the labour camp. One practitioner’s arm was twisted until it was disabled. The police officer who did this is now a deputy director. Some were beaten unconscious with electric batons, revived, and beaten unconscious again. Their skin turned dark red after being assaulted repeatedly with electric batons. Others were handcuffed and hung up day and night. Even when they were sleeping at night, their hands were cuffed to the metal poles at the bed’s head, and they could not move, as the handcuffs would cut into the flesh deeper and deeper. Some were slapped on the face until their faces were swollen and mouths were bleeding. -
Hong Kong Practitioner Liu Ding Unjustly Detained in Beijing
2006-06-24My mother and I are permanent residents of Hong Kong. Because my father became paralysed, my mother, Liu Ding, went back to Beijing, and she has been looking after my dad for the past five years. Recently the Chinese Communist Party has deprived her of her freedom and right to look after my critically ill father. On the afternoon of June 6th, 2006, mother took dinner to dad in the hospital as usual. At about 7:30 p.m. she left the hospital. We lost contact with her at that point. It was reported that she is detained in the Public Security Sub-Bureau of Xuanwu District, Beijing City. -
Ms. Que Fazhi Died an Agonising Death from Torture
2006-06-24Ms. Que Fazhi was a Falun Dafa practitioner in Panlian Township, Miyi County, Sichuan Province. When she was alive, she was brutally persecuted by local Communist Party members numerous times. In May 2002, she went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. On June 3rd, she was arrested by police in Beijing and sent to Dongcheng Detention Centre. Later, she was blindfolded and transferred to the basement of a nearby hospital where she was handcuffed and shackled onto a bed and given injections of unknown drugs. On October 30th, 2002, she died in extreme pain at the age of 49. -
Whereabouts of Practitioner Couple Remain Unknown
2006-06-24Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Li Huimin, 53, was arrested at the hospital where she had been caring for her sick father. During her detention, the authorities forced her to stand for long periods of time and allowed her almost no rest or sleep. In September 2005, after Ms. Li had completed her two-year sentence of forced labour, officials arrested her at her workplace. Her whereabouts remain unknown to this day. Ms. Li's husband, Xu Qutian, was released after three years of forced labour in Guangzhou City. His whereabouts also remain unknown. -
My Body Weight Fell from 195 Pounds to 78 Pounds During Four and a Half Months of Torture
2006-06-24A woman who remained steadfast in her practice and beliefs endured a series of brutal tortures. Police tied her up and suspended her off the ground for three days. Doctors injected her with poison. Her body weight fell from 195 pounds to 78 pounds. Her non-practitioner husband was not spared either. The police poured boiling water on him during interrogation. -
Zhang Zhikui of Zhaoyuan City Recounts the Tortures He Experienced to the Investigation Committee
2006-06-23"I was sent to the Tiebei Detention Centre in Changchun. As soon as I entered the cell, the police told the prisoners, "Take good care of him for me." After that, three to four inmates pushed me to the ground and beat and kicked me. They then pulled off all my clothes and kicked me again towards the wall. I fell down to the ground and could not get up, but they continued kicking me. My arms and legs began to bleed. The cut on my thigh bled profusely. The detained practitioners were constantly monitored by the prisoners, and randomly beaten and cursed." -
The Weifang City Forced Labour Camp Used Drugs to Persecute Practitioner Mr. Jiang Guobo
2006-06-23On October 3rd, 2005, Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Jiang Guobo, who was destitute and homeless for more than three years, was followed and arrested and detained at the Hanting Detention Centre. He used the method of a hunger strike to protest this persecution. He was cuffed onto a cross position for 20 days and nights,causing him to faint many times. By November 2005, his life was in great danger, but rather than release him, they sentenced him to three years of forced labour again. He was forced to return to the Weifang City Forced Labour Camp where he had been brutally persecuted four years earlier. He was force-fed with food with added unknown drugs. The drugs can damage the nervous system, paralyse the excretory system, and damage other human organs. -
Practitioner Ms. Zhang Rongjie on Hunger Strike for More than One Week
2006-06-23We have recently learned that on May 11th, 2006, Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Rongjie was unjustly sentenced to twelve years in prison at the Xinshi District Court in Baoding City, Hebei Province. The charges are related to the incident where some Dafa practitioners tapped into the Tianjin TV network signal and broadcast videos exposing the persecution of Falun Dafa. Zhang Rongjie shouted, "Falun Dafa is good" every morning during her trial to protest the sentence and detention. The guards at Baoding City Detention Centre ordered the inmates to beat her until her face became swollen and she lost all feeling. Zhang Rongjie has protested with a hunger strike opposing the persecution. -
Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Zhuang Gangxiang Brutally Persecuted and Taken to the Changlinzi Forced Labour Camp
2006-06-23Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhuang Gangxiang was arrested on February 26th, 2006 and taken to a detention centre. He held a hunger strike to protest the persecution, was brutally force-fed and injected with unknown drugs. While in excruciating pain and beside himself, he swallowed the needle, yet the perpetrators sentenced him to 21 months of forced labour and sent him to the Changlinzi Labour Camp. His family has not seen him until now. -
Dead from Torture-Inflicted Wounds: Practitioner Hao Yingqiang from Jilin Province
2006-06-22Hao Yingqiang suffered torture several times in prison. He was the most severely tortured practitioner in Jilin Prison. He had to be carried wherever he went. The hospital said he could only live two more months. By April 30th, 2006, Hao was dying. Not wanting to take any responsibility, the prison released him. After taking him home, his family found there was a bone exposed in the big hole left on his lower back. He was in extreme pain. On June 8th, 2006, he passed away. -
Practitioner Li Miaoneng and Her Daughter from Henan Province Face Unjust Trial
2006-06-22The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) judicial system in Luoyang city, Henan province is attempting to hold a "trial" of Falun Dafa practitioner Li Miaoneng, who has already been tortured in a detention centre to the point of being unable to walk, and her daughter. At present, they are still being detained at Luoyang Detention Centre. She was tortured until she was unable to walk. After she went on a hunger strike to protest, she was ruthlessly beaten. -
The Miserable Experience of Three-Year-Old Tianxing
2006-06-22"My name is Tianxing Wang. I'm three years old. It's been a long time since I last saw mummy. They told me that my mummy left on "June 1st, Children's Day" and went to "a place which is far far away." I miss her very much. My daddy hasn't come to see me for a very long time either. When can they come to see me and play with me again? When I was still inside my mummy's womb, my mummy and daddy were forced to move here and there because they practised Falun Dafa. After a very long and painful time, I was born."
