The Gross Physical Abuse and Mental Torment I Suffered in Jilin Prison Between 2002 and 2005

I am a practitioner who was sentenced to five years in February 2002 because I spoke to people about the facts of Falun Dafa. Seven criminal inmates monitored me at night. I heard loud screams from the Strictly Monitored Team next door. The screams were horrifying. The criminals told me, "Somebody is on the Stretching Bed now. They stretch his legs and arms. That person will either die or be disabled if they keep stretching him for a long time. Jilin Prison is extremely brutal." -
Exposing the Crimes at the Hehuakeng and Handan Forced Labour Camps
2006-07-16On May 24th, 2001, more then ten practitioners went to Kaiping Park to practise the exercises. The police from the 610 Office and Kaiping Local Police Station surrounded the practice site. Li Guojun from the local police station gathered some thugs who hit and kicked the practitioners. They used clubs and leather belts to hit the practitioners. Practitioner Meng Qingfu was beaten and lay unconscious for over four hours. The practitioners were bruised all over, and they were detained in Kaiping Local Police Station for over 20 days. After that, they were transferred to the Detention Centre in Tangshan where they were detained for over seven months. -
Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Piao Yingjie Suffered Brutal Torture in the Heilongjiang Province Drug Rehabilitation Centre in 2002
2006-07-16The practitioners were deprived of sleep for 96 hours for four consecutive days. On the fourth night, they escalated the persecution. Many police officers held the electric rods and forced practitioners to squat down, with the upper body straight up and keeping still in this position. Whoever moved a little bit would be beaten and yelled at by criminal inmates. Those who refused to write the "Three Statements" would suffer from electric shocks, torture, ruthless beatings and berating. -
Practitioner in Her 70s Receives Three-Year Prison Sentence in Chongqing City
2006-07-16On January 28th, 2005, practitioners Fan Defang and Yuan Suxian were arrested and sent to the Dadukou District Detention Centre in Chongqing City. Yuan Suxian died as a result of the persecution she faced. and On June 9th, 2006, Dadukou District Court suddenly held a hearing and sentenced 74-year-old Ms. Fan to three years in prison. -
Falun Dafa Practitioners Zhang Shujun and Others Brutally Tortured in Nanchang City
2006-07-16On March 28th, 2006, several Falun Dafa practitioners, including Zhang Shujun were arrested at their site producing leaflets exposing the persecution by police. Zhang Shujun was handcuffed and hung onto a burglarproof security grid. Her heels could not touch the ground and her body could not remain straight. Two patrol officers each held one of Zhang Shujun's legs, and pulled her into a straight line, violently pushing, pulling and shaking her. Zhang's lower back was scraped and bruised under the shaking. She was repeatedly tortured for six hours. As soon as she closed her eyes, the police called the patrol officers to beat her mercilessly. -
Mr. Zhang Huiguang Tortured with Forced Feeding by Guards at Shijiazhuang Fourth Prison (Photos)
2006-07-15From February to October of 2005, Mr. Zhang Huiguang was tortured to the point of being incontinent in prison. He was considered a "key" person to be persecuted and "transformed." During the period when he went on a hunger strike, he was force-fed by guards. Tubes were inserted into both of his nostrils (usually only one tube is used). People who had been released from prison said, "Mr. Zhang Huigang was severely tortured." -
Persecution of Dafa Practitioners in Ward Eight of the Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison
2006-07-15Zhu Yuhong handcuffed practitioner Zhou Chunzhi and used all manner of cruel methods to torture her. Fifty-eight-year-old Zhou Chunzhi hurt her lower back and could not move. She was handcuffed on the window frame and cried for a whole night because of the pain from the torture. The next day she was dragged out and tortured again. Wang Liang shocked her head with electric batons and forced her to run. If she would not run, they would physically abuse her. She was hit with a water bottle, and struck on the head with a hard plastic pipe. She was also forced to stand against a wall for long periods of time. -
The Yanbian Chinese Communist Party Political and Judiciary Systems Conspire to Persecute Falun Gong Practitioners
2006-07-15On May 25th, 2006, the Yanbian Political and Judiciary systems held a meeting to plan and carry out the persecution against all Falun Gong practitioners in Yanji City before June 15th. Using names on a list, they planned to check for practitioners in all the rented houses in the area within a one-month period of time. Personnel from the local police stations in Yanji City were mobilised to check out the permanent resident’s registration forms house by house. They entered practitioners' homes, checking every room and searching for so-called "leads," with the excuse of starting a general survey of the permanent residents’ registration. At present, plainclothes policemen are eavesdropping everywhere looking for Falun Gong practitioners' whereabouts, offering a 5,000-yuan reward to anyone who reports a practitioner to them. -
Jilin Province Practitioner Ms. Luo Xizhen Has Been Persecuted for Several Years
2006-07-15Ms. Luo Xizhen is a 40-year-old practitioner started practising Falun Gong in 1997. For several years since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began persecuting Falun Gong, Ms. Luo has been repeatedly victimised for her firm belief in "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance." After she was released from a labour camp, she weighed only 93 pounds. When her friends and relatives saw her state, they cried. Even after Ms. Luo got home, the police from the Qinghe Town Police Station and officials from the town government continued to harass her. -
Chinese Communist Party Members Cause Death of Mr. Li Jucai - CCTV Lies to Frame Falun Gong
2006-07-14Li Jucai tried to appeal to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) regime and tell the benefits he experienced through Falun Gong practice, and that they should stop persecuting Falun Gong. The lawless officials intercepted him before he arrived at his destination. Local officials constantly harassed Li Jucai, intervened in his employment and forced the loss of his job. Because Li Jucai was a member of the CCP, officials threatened him saying, "We’ll expel you from the CCP and fire your son from his job if you continue to practise Falun Gong." Li Jucai collapsed, and his family rushed him to the hospital. Revival efforts failed and he passed away in November 1999. China Central Television (CCTV) aired the fabricated news of his death saying, "Li Jucai died because he refused to take medication for practising Falun Gong when he was sick!" -
Mr. Wang Helin, Eyewitness in the Zhuozhou City Rape Case, Arrested by Authorities and Held for Thirteen Days
2006-07-14On November 25th, 2005, a policeman by the name of He Xuejian from Dongchengfang Town Police Station raped two Falun Dafa practitioners, Liu Jizhi and Han Yuzhi, who were his mother’s age, in front of another policeman. Mr. Wang Helin was one of the Dafa practitioners held there. On May 20th, 2006 local officials went to Mr. Wang Helin’s home where he was taking care of his seventy-year-old mother who had broken her right leg over two weeks before. They told Mr. Wang that someone from the town government wanted to talk to him. "We will bring you back right away." Their destination was the Nanma Brainwashing Centre. Every day, Falun Gong practitioners were forced to watch TV and DVDs which slandered Dafa, and the centre employees tried to force them to write the "four statements". -
Guard at Qiqihar Forced Labour Camp Reveals the Truth About Wang Guofang's Death
2006-07-14Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Guofang, who was in her forties, was from Daqing City. In 2004, she was tortured to death in Qiqihar Forced Labour Camp (formerly known as Shuanghe Forced Labour Camp). In the labour camp, Wang Guofang was tortured while in handcuffs, had the bottom of her feet burned with machines that emit heat, and was starved for days simply because she refused to give up practising Falun Gong. The labour camp was afraid that her family members would hold them accountable for her death, so they took the body to a hospital in Qiqihar City and created false evidence, claiming that Wang Guofang died from cardiac arrest. -
Jimo City 610 Office Secretly Arrests Outstanding Teacher Mr. Li Ganlin

Mr. Li Ganlin is a Chinese language teacher in Longquan Middle School in Jimo City. His classes are always outstanding, and his colleagues and students, as well as the students' parents, think highly of him. However, because he adheres to the practice of Falun Gong, he was secretly arrested by Jimo City's 610 Office. After Mr. Li Ganlin began to practise Falun Gong in 1998, he often helped students who were in financial need with money he saved from his salary. -
Ms. Mie Xinmei Deprived of Her Right to Work
2006-07-14In March 1999, Ms. Mie Xinmei started working for the Dongying City Branch of China Bank. After she went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa in October 2000, she was detained for one month at the Dongying City Detention Centre. She was dismissed from her job as soon as she was released from the detention centre, and they stopped paying her salary. In mid-December 2000, Dongying City Branch Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Secretary threatened Ms. Mie Xinmei that he would begin job dismissal procedures. Under huge pressure, Ms. Mie Xinmei filled out a form applying for early retirement, but clearly stated in the "reason" block, that her retiring was related to practising Falun Gong. She left the bank soon after. -
Falun Gong Practitioner Ms. He Yanxuan from the Yubei District in Chongqing City Died as a Result of Persecution
2006-07-13Chinese Communist Party officials ransacked the home of Falun Gong practitioner Ms. He Yanxuan in Chongqing City six times and sentenced her to two years of forced labour. Ms. He was savagely tortured at the Maojiashan Women’s Forced Labour Camp and suffered severe physical and mental impairment. Even though she was bedridden, more than ten officials ransacked her home again on September 28th, 2005, and threatened her. Ms. He Yanxuan passed away on April 24th, 2006.
