The vicious persons tortured her again by brutally beating, force-feeding and handcuffing her arms to the bed every night. After more than a month of this torture, she vomited continually. It was not until she was at the brink of death that her tormentors notified her family to take her to the hospital.   We felt so hungry and cold after being tortured and being forced to stand in the rain for over 10 hours. Our clothes were soaking wet and we were trembling because of the cold. (6 among us were over 60 years old.) All others could go back to their cells, but we 4 were locked in a cage less than 10 square metres in diametre for 2 months. We ate, drank and urinated in that cage. The vicious policemen were in the adjoining rooms. The cage was in their path for them to see when walking back and forth. They could see us when we urinated.

However, why did the policemen cremate her body in such a hurry? Did they intend to cover up something? According to the local customs, before the body was cremated, the deceased's family would hire a band to play some Chinese folk music and set off firecrackers. However, this custom was not observed. Sources said that Deng was physically beaten to death by the policemen of the "610 Office."

Also, you would be forced to sign a "guarantee" to stop practising. If you refuse to sign the guarantee, you could be detained and subjected to brutal torture, such as deprivation of sleep for days. The sole purpose of the torture is to try to get practitioners to give up their belief in Dafa.
