Brief Summary of Legal Actions to Bring the Former President of China, Jiang Zemin, and his Accomplices to Justice for Crimes Against Humanity
2003-11-27Since July 20th 1999, the Jiang regime has crazily persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. It uses methods like imprisoning, torturing, killing and brainwashing practitioners in an attempt to eradicate Falun Gong worldwide. For four years, Falun Gong practitioners have strictly followed the principle of “Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearence” to resist the persecution peacefully. During the process, European Falun Gong practitioners together with practitioners in Mainland China and other parts of the world have always peacefully appealled, petitioned and clarified the facts. During the past eleven months, Falun Gong practitioners have used the legal means and successively filed lawsuits in nine European countries against the prime criminal, Jiang Zemin, and his accomplices on counts of crimes of genocide, torture, and crimes against humanity. -

2003-11-26"The persecution that has been initiated by the Jiang and Luo regime is targeted at a group of people who cultivate Falun Dafa. In mainland China, the methods being used [against practitioners] are cruel torture, brainwashing and sheer murder. Internationally, they use lies and slanderous approaches to oppress Falun Gong. As a result, all Falun Gong practitioners are victims. During the past four years, we have always chosen peaceful methods to thwart the persecution. We wish to stop the persecution through legal means and human justice." -
Testimony from a Practitioner in Ireland: Criminals are Often Encouraged by Authorities to Persecute Falun Gong Practitioners in China
2003-11-26Their intention is very clear: to force Falun Gong practitioners to give up their belief in Truth-Compassion-Tolerance. Practitioners shared prison cells with criminals charged with legitimate and serious offences, and the guards encouraged the criminals to persecute the practitioners further, telling them that their prison sentence would be reduced if they cooperated. In the case of practitioners being tortured to death, they would simply say it was suicide. The real killer would not suffer any consequences. -
