Eyewitness Account: Practitioner Lai Zhijun Tortured to Death in Sanshui Forced Labour Camp

My name is Chen Jianguo, and I am 29 years old. I come from Luoding, Guangdong Province. I began practising Falun Gong in December 1995 when I was at South China University of Technology. On February 10th, 2000, I went to Beijing to appeal on behalf of Falun Gong. I was arrested in front of the Appeals Office by police and sent to Sanshui Forced Labour Camp on March 28th, the same day that Lai Zhijun was sent there from Dongwan City. I witnessed how Lai Zhijun was tortured to death. -
Torture Methods Used at the Majialong Forced Labour Camp

Majialong Forced Labour Camp in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, is a "concentration camp" under the control of Jiang's faction, the purpose of which is to detain and torture Falun Gong practitioners. The camp utilises very despicable, brutal and horrifying means to persecute practitioners. The pictures here are reenactments several types of torture that practitioners have suffered in the camp. -
Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms Wu Yulian from Xilinhaote, Inner Mongolia Dies in Police Custody
2004-11-21Falun Dafa practitioner Wu Yulian from Xilinhaote, Inner Mongolia died at the hands of police at the end of December 2003. On the evening of December 27th, 2003, two female police officers took her to the Xilinhaote City Police Department from her home. The next day, information circulated that she died from falling from the 5th floor of the police department building. Details of her tragic death are still under investigation. -
Current Situation of Wang Yuexing, Orphaned Son of Practitioner Wang Kemin from Daqing City

Falun Gong practitioner Wang Kemin, from Daqing City in Heilongjiang Province, was persecuted many times. He died on May the 8th 2003, shortly after police pounded on his door, attempting to break in to arrest him. His son was left orphaned after his father died. He is one of many children whose parents have been killed in the five years of persecution against Falun Gong. -
Seventy-Five-Year-Old Ms. Cheng Ke Tortured to Death in Tianjin City Police Station
2004-11-20Ms. Cheng Ke was 75 years old and lived in Tianjin City. On April 23, 1999, she went to Tianjin Institute of Education to clarify the fact that she herself had benefited greatly from practising Falun Dafa. She was subsequently beaten up by the police. Recently, she was tortured to death at a police station in Tianjin City. We have learned that all Falun Dafa practitioners detained in the same police station are on a hunger strike to protest this atrocity. -
Practitioner Ms Wang Yunfang from Shaanxi Province Tortured Beyond Recognition, Died in July 2004
2004-11-20Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Yunfang from Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province refused to give up her belief in Falun Gong, and as a result during the last five years of the persecution, local government officials frequently harassed her and ransacked her house. In late July 2003, Ms. Wang was captured by the "610 Office" police from her house and detained in a Detention Centre. She was tortured until she was beyond recognition. She died on July 5, 2004. -
67 Year Old Ms. Xia Guiqin Passes Away After She and Her Son Endure Frequent Police Harassment and Mistreatment
2004-11-20Ms. Xia Guiqin, sixty-seven years old, was from Jilin City in Jilin Province. After she began practising Falun Dafa in 1996, her liver disease, rheumatism and many other diseases were all cured. She went to Beijing three times to appeal for justice for Falun Gong after the persecution began. For doing this she was frequently persecuted. The stress led her to become ill and died in 2004. -
An Account of the Torture I Experienced at the Heizuizi Labour Camp and in a Mental Hospital
2004-11-20"In December of 2000, the police arrested me when I went to Beijing to clarify the truth about Falun Gong. Later on, I was sent to Heizuizi Labour Camp. When I refused to recite the rules of the labor camp, one policeman shocked me all over my body with a high voltage electric baton for about 45 minutes. My entire body smelled of burned flesh and the pain was so excruciating that I could hardly bear it! I was sent to a mental hospital where I was injected with unknown drugs into my body. I felt all kinds of pain and experienced horrible visual hallucinations." -

Orphan of a Practitioner who Lost his Life in the Persecution Is Missing
2004-11-20Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Miao Qisheng from Shenyang City, Liaoning Province passed away on May the 14th 2002 as a result of the persecution by Xianggong Police Station officers in the Huanggu District of Shenyang City. His son Miao Yumeng, around 13 years old, suffers from heart disease and his whereabouts is unknown. -
Pinochet Faces Trial so Why Wait to Bring Jiang and His Accomplices to Justice?
2004-11-20According to Jiang Zemin and his regime's confidential orders he stated with regards to those who practise Falun Gong, "Beating them to death is counted as suicide, there is no need for their families to identify the bodies, and cremate them directly," a state of affairs even more startling then that enacted by Pinochet has existed in China for over five years. This ongoing persecution has resulted in over 1,100 confirmed deaths. According to internal statistics generated by Chinese officials, the death toll at the end of 2001 had actually reached 1600. -

A Partial List of Practitioners from Yunnan Province Murdered by Jiang Zemin's Followers
2004-11-19Mr. Kong Qinghuang, 33, resided in Jianshui, Yun'nan Province. He was Deputy Mayor of Lin'an Town. He told local people that he became an honest government official because Falun Gong helped him to improve his morality. But the local authorities "showed their appreciation" by putting Mr. Kong under house arrest, subjecting him to brainwashing, and illegally ransacking his home. He was fired from his job then detained in a detention centre and tortured through force-feeding. Mr. Kong Qinghuang died on September 3, 2000. -
Falun Dafa Practitioner Sun Ying Died in May, 2004 as a Result of Persecution in the Dalian City Forced Labour Camp
2004-11-19My wife, Ms. Sun Ying, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Dalian City, Liaoning Province, was tortured during her illegal imprisonment in a forced labour camp. She was 62 years old. During her imprisonment, both her body and her mind were seriously injured, and she began suffering from many illnesses. Upon her release she was constantly monitored and harassed by staff from the local police stations. Due to the constant pressure, her diseases turned more serious, and she passed away on May 12, 2004. -
Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Cai Huilan, from Jilin Province Died in 2001 as a Result of Persecution (Photo)
2004-11-19Ms. Cai Huilan was for Jilin Province. In November 2000, she went to Beijing to appeal for Dafa. The police in Beijing violently beat her and fiercely kicked her in the abdomen. She was kicked to the floor and rolled around in unbearable stomach pain. After she returned home her health deteriorated further. Later, she went to a hospital and was diagnosed as suffering from uterine cancer. She died in November 2001.
