  • Germany: Important Public Announcement on Seventh Year of the Persecution of Falun Gong

    Mr. David Kilgour, the former Canadian Secretary of State, responsible for the Asian and Pacific region, gave a speech emphasised the importance of an end to the persecution. Mr. Kilgour and the Canadian human rights attorney David Matas committed to begin an investigation in China since the day the organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners was made known.
  • The Netherlands: Falun Gong Practitioners Condemn the CCP's Atrocities and Appeal for an End to the Persecution

    On the morning of July 20th, 2006, Dutch Falun Gong practitioners gathered at the Chinese Consulate. Practitioners displayed photos depicting the worldwide popularity of Falun Dafa and unfolded banners to condemn the Chinese Communist Party's atrocities against Falun Gong practitioners, in particular harvesting organs from living practitioners.
  • Italy: Practitioners in Rome Protest the CCP's Seven-Year-Long Persecution

    On the morning of July 20th, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners held an activity on Montecitorio Square in front of Parliament to call for an end to the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) seven-year-long persecution and to expose the CCP's organ removal from living Falun Gong practitioners. They distributed leaflets and talked with people about the situation.
  • France: Falun Gong Practitioners in Paris Protest against the Persecution of Falun Gong at the Chinese Embassy

    At 5pm on July 20th, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners from Paris, together with some pro-democracy activists and overseas Chinese held a protest at the Chinese Embassy in France to condemn the seven year persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP. They particularly condemned the CCP's trade in organs harvested from live Falun Gong practitioners, and at the same time they appealed for the end of the brutal CCP regime and an end to the persecution of Falun Gong.

    During the three-hour rally, practitioners used a megaphone to introduce what Falun Dafa is, the situation of Falun Dafa spreading to over 70 countries all over the world, and the truth about the CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong over the past seven years.   • Radio France Internationale: Australia - China Human Rights Dialogue, Falun Gong Protest against Persecution

    On July 24th, when the Tenth Australia-China Human Rights Dialogue convened in Australia, Falun Gong practitioners launched a protest in front of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and held a press conference to call on the Australian government to raise the subject of the Chinese Communist regime’s harvest of organs from living Falun Gong practitioners for profit at the bilateral dialogue. They also urged the Australian government to ask the Chinese regime to stop the persecution against Falun Gong practitioners immediately.
  • Finland: Exposing the CCP's Persecution of Falun Gong

    On July 22nd, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners at the Helsinki central train station exposed the inhuman persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the CCP, which began in July 1999. They set up an anti-torture exhibition with actors demonstrating the organ harvesting, and also displayed picture boards. Many passersby stood in the rain and watched carefully.

  • Czech Newspaper Prague Daily Monitor: Falun Gong protests against the CCP’s persecution

    Prague Daily Monitor reported on July 20th that about twenty Falun Gong practitioners from Czechoslovakia and other countries gathered at the Chinese Embassy in Prague to protest against the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong. On Thursday night, supporters of Falun Gong lit candles to mourn the Falun Gong practitioners who have been persecuted to death by the CCP. Protesters also simulated the organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners in Chinese prisons.

    On July 15th, 2006, we held activities in the Alter Market Square in Salzburg to mark seven years since the start of the brutal persecution of Falun Gong. The theme of the activities was: "Why has China been persecuting people who strive for Truth, Compassion and Tolerance for seven years?" Many people stopped with shocked expressions and asked for more details.

  • German Newspaper (Stern): Detained Falun Gong practitioners murdered for their organs in China

    A human rights association published that thousands of Falun Gong members were without legal cause detained in slave labour camps. Two human rights activists who researched the matter discovered this hot news. From listening to a number of different phone conversations, it was found that a government representative promised fast delivery of organs at a hospital. The former wife of a surgeon said that her former husband had removed 2,000 corneas over a period of 2 years.
